About this villa rental

Modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa, 2 minutes walk from the Main Street.
Where you can enjoy all the Restaurants, Bars and shopping Margaret River has to offer.
All rooms have queen beds.
There is a double lock up garage with additional off-street parking behind the Villa.
Open plan living area with TV and Bose sound system and free wifi. Outside is a BBQ, table and chairs for relaxing.
There are 2 mountain bikes and 3 body boards available for your use as well.

Beaches- some of the worlds most beautiful beaches are only a short drive away.

Surfing -many world class surf breaks are located a short distance away -let me know and I can recommend some spots depending on your skill level .

Winery/Brewery- enjoy some of the world renown local wineries and visit one of many boutique breweries in the area.

National Parks -beautiful national parks were you can enjoy walks or ride the bike trails

Very comfortable stay for a short trip to Margaret River. Tidy & clean, with a good sized fenced courtyard. Convenient location just a short stroll to the centre of town

Ziggy and Bree are fantastic hosts - very communicative and friendly. Their house is in a great location in town, walking distance to everything you need, including the skate park right nearby for the kids, and easy to get on the main roads out of town for day trips. The house itself is modern, very clean and has all the facilities you would need, including a fireplace for cosy winter warmth and ambience, and double carport with washing machine and dryer. It's great to see a quality house also welcoming pets, so those of us who want to bring their beloved furry friends on holidays can do so. There's even a little raised garden bed in the patio for pets to use. Thanks for a lovely stay Ziggy and Bree.

Ziggy and Bree's place Gabe us everything we wanted - walking distance to town, things for teens to do nearby and enough space for all of us. We felt really welcomed. The only thing that would've made it even better would've been some fire wood (at least for the first night) and matches (we couldn't find any).

We stayed 3 nights at Ziggy & Bree’s and found it to be in a good location close to the town and walking distance to shops & restaurants. Lovely clean, neat & tidy home equipped with all you needed plus added extras. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wedding down south and took the weekend to get away. The house was lovely and perfect location close to the town centre, we even got to see fireworks from the back yard from the agriculture show. Would be happy to stay again, everything we needed in our stay.

Fantastic! Better then I had expected. Place was perfect, great location in the Margs hub. Was awesome being able to bring my dogs along. Only wish I could have stayed longer. Dave and Bree were fantastic people and I’m very thankful tl have been able to stay there. Would highly recommend and would love to visit again. Place was ideal and everything went perfectly. Cheers Ziggy & Bree. Had a great time and loved the place.

Bree and Ziggy were fantastic when I contacted them on the morning we were due to head down, and I first tested positive for Covid 19, forcing me in to an immediate 5 day lockdown. Given this was the start of the local school holidays and the short notice meant they would in all likelihood not be able to fill the vacancy as short notice, their offers to assist us were fantastic. So I haven't stayed there yet, but would certainly recommend this venue based on the location of the unit and the management team.

We stayed for a week with our 2 dogs. The place is clean and well presented. The yard is nice and secure with a patch of grass for the dogs. Its so close to the main strip you can walk to all the major places in margaret river town. Beds are comfy with good bathhrooms.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. The property was bright, clean and very well equipped. The location is fantastic and the villa is bigger than we expected. The property is fully enclosed, so it was great for our 2 dogs. We will definitely be back again. Thanks for having us.

Excellent accommodation. It had everything we needed and the location was so convenient - in town - we could walk to all the pubs, shops, restaurants. Short drive to Prevelly dog beach, beautiful sunsets at Surfers Point, wineries etc.
