This well thought out home has private courtyards with lush green lawns and landscaped garden beds which encase the sparkling outdoor swimming pool that is refreshing and COOL in the summer months HEATED for the Winter months (June - October) and surrounded by a large outdoor entertaining area where a lot of time is spent throughout your stay just relaxing under the pretty fairy lights.
For your safety and convenience the six burner barbecue is plumbed to Natural Gas supply. No propane gas bottle to worry about.
Quality furnishings and décor is displayed throughout the home with full bedding and towels supplied for the two queen beds and four king single bunk beds (bunks comply with Australian Safety Regulations).
A porta cot, baby bath and highchair is also available if required, please notify us when booking.
The house is air-conditioned for summer months with an evaporative cooler and a large refrigerated cooling system in the family room. A very effective Coonara wood fire is all set ready to go for Winter with a stock pile of wood in the garage already cut.
The spacious fully equipped ' easy to navigate around' kitchen is open plan to the dining room which can seat 8 people comfortably and is ideal for the family or friends gathering or dinner party.
The double remote lockup garage can accommodate two-three cars and even the boat and trailer!

The whole family enjoyed their stay in this spacious, super clean entertainer of a home. The pool is a winner of course but this is coupled wonderfully with a very green, well appointed outdoor space.
Inside the home there are all the modern conveniences, bar fridge, air con, two lounge rooms, three TVs, stacks of DVDs, XBOX and N64.

Overall a spacious house with good outdoor area and pool. Also plenty of activities for children. Location good being close to town centre but Riverside Avenue a bit noisy in the morning as there is speed hump in front of the property. Also some minor maintenance issues in main bedroom and toilet door that need some attention.

This home was very comfortable it was quite large with the most wonderful pool. Thank you Kim for heating it for us. The main bedroom was comfortable with an ensuite and the second bedroom was also comfortable but our daughter found the bed a little hard. Both rooms had ceiling fans and heaters as did the whole house. everything was very clean and tidy and it was stocked with all you could ask for. Will definetly be back.

Very well presented - everything you need for a relaxing holiday( except WiFi). Kitchen really well equiped. 2 spacious living areas Foxtel, games & plenty of DVDs . Bed comfy, bathrooms great. Relaxation time in Mildura
Not as close to the town centre as we thought but this was made up by the excellent accommodation provided. Had so much more than what we needed and we loved the heated pool. Plus we had Kym’s number and knew we could call her for anything if we really needed to. The house was very clean and had all the utensils required if you wanted to do home cooking. Would love to stay again, the time went so quickly. Could think of a few changes to make in the future but loved it as it is right now. Certainly in the top places to stay in Mildura. Thank you Kym and also a big thanks for the welcoming gifts you gave to us we really enjoyed them and loved the fact that you provided fresh milk and not long life for our first day’s stay.

The pool was fantastic at a lovely 27°c. Great location only 20 mins walk from town Centre. 2 bathrooms although it says one. Lots of room with two lounges and TV. Lots of stuff in the kitchen. Will go back again!

Great stay - shame we weren't there for longer!
We were only in Mildura for 3 nights but Riverside on Eighth exceeded our expectations and met all our needs. The house was warm and cosy and the kitchen was very well equipped. Unfortunately we stayed in the middle of winter so couldn't make use of the pool or outside games but they looked great. Kim was very welcoming and made check-in/out a breeze. Would highly recommend and will look to stay here again next time we are in Mildura!

Couldn't be happier with our stay! This would have to be the most well appointed holiday home we have stayed in as a Family! Lots of space and activities-Pool was just awesome. Games Room an added and unexpected bonus with Pool Table, Table Tennis, Darts and Hooky. Attention to detail and cleanliness was beyond our expectations. Being Christmas we were very grateful for the thoughtful touches such as Christmas Tree and tasteful decorations! Kim was such a pleasure to deal with ,very easy going and flexible with our check in time. Thankyou so much Kim for making our Christmas stay a stress free and enjoyable one!
