Welcome to Ocean Inn unit number 205, located on the second-floor end unit of building number one. We offer a complete kitchen, a full bathroom, one bedroom and a pull out sofa bed both with new mattresses. The comfortable and newly decorated condo will meet all your home away from home needs as your vacation destination. Our condo unit sleeps up to 4 people with a new queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size pull out sofa bed with new memory foam mattress in the living room. The property is dog friendly with a $35 per pet fee. The condo has a gated pool and free onsite parking.
Located on the Isle of Palms, SC near the heart of the Front Beach. A short 2 block walk to the beach on paved sidewalks to a boardwalk that puts you right on the beach for fun in the sun or a 1/2 block walk to the restaurants, bars and shopping available on the Front Beach. Enjoy family dining at Luke and Ollies, Coconut Joe's to name a few or enjoy ice cream at Ben and Jerry's. If the nightlife is more interesting enjoy a rooftop bar, a laid back island bar or the famous Windjammer with live music.
The Isle of Palms has wonderful beaches for sunning, swimming, surfing or just enjoying a walk. Rentals are available at the marina for paddleboards, kayaks, jet skis, and boats, deep sea fishing or parasailing. If you are a golf enthusiast Wild Dunes resort on the Isle of Palms has two world class golf courses. Historic Charleston, a 15 minute drive, offers award winning restaurants, museums, aquarium, carriage tours and shopping. The Charleston area also has Patriots Point where you can tour the York Town air craft carrier, plantations, Fort Sumter, Fort Moultrie to mention just a few.
This condo and owner are new to VRBO however this unit has been a successful rental since 2003 with multiple returning guests.

From the trip planning stages until check out, I had great communication with Larry. He went above and beyond to ensure our weekend stay on the island was awesome. The condo is clean, nicely decorated, and quiet. It’s conveniently located to everything including a five min walk to beach accesss. Having safe free parking was a bonus too. Many of our friends had to pay for parking at their rentals and on a busy day finding space in public lots can be tricky. Also the pool is really nice. Lots of loungers and perfect temp. The only downside which is very minor, is that because it is a condo and not a hotel, the little extras aren’t included. Remember to pack your shampoo and body lotions. Easy fix with a grocery store close by but still.. Overall it was fantastic and would definitely book again.

This is our 2nd year staying at Ocean Inn and we absolutely love it. These condos are clean, quiet, close to the beach, and local dining and shops. The condo we stayed in this year was spacious and clean with everything you’ll need. Thank you for such an amazing time at Isle of Palm. 😊

We loved our stay at this charming condo. It was only a five-minute walk to the beach and even closer to restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and the little kitchen had everything we needed. There was soap and paper products, just remember to pack your shampoo and other toiletries. Communication with Larry was excellent, and we really appreciate his accommodation when we needed to bring our dog at the last minute. The condo complex was quiet and felt very safe even when I was taking the dog out in the middle of the night. We'd definitely stay here again!

Very clean, cozy and functional, great location, walking distance to the beach, about 200 yards. Neighbors respectful and reasonably quiet, kids, teens and grown-ups alike. We would definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The host responded quickly each time we texted with a question. It was a very short walk to the beach and Harris Teeter was close by in case we needed something from the grocery store. Great location!

We had a great stay at Larry’s property. We only stayed 2 nights but Larry was readily available by text for check in and check out. The unit was clean, well equipped and great for myself, husband and 2 daughters. The location is perfect. You will have a 3-4 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

The condo location is excellent. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Condo accommodates two people but would be crowded with three or more. The kitchen is cramped with outdated stove, refrigerator etc. The condo was clean with adequate amenities and quiet environment.

Recently painted, everything was clean, good location close to restaurants , shopping, beach. The property is a bit dated, but has been kept up well. Parking is adequate, but spaces are tight

Awesome place, small but awesome. The property was clean, well kept, and just what we needed for a weekend trip to the beach. Family of 4 with two dogs. The beach, shops, and restaurants is only a 5 minute walk. The condo is small but it was Amazing!!!!! Isle of palms is a fantastic spot. Larry the owner was awesome as well. Check-in was easy. Thank you Larry your home by sea is an awesome place. Thank you.

The property was in a very convenient location one block from a beach entrance. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Dog friendly accommodations were very appreciated. The space was clean and provided fresh linens and fluffy towels. The property is older but well maintained. Enjoyed the on property pool as well. Larry was quick to respond throughout the entire process. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Overall it was a great stay. Larry is super nice and communication was good. The kitchen and bath were adequate. Living area cute. Easy to keep clean. Location was great!! Near great little restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was small but nice and area quiet.

This was the perfect little condo for myself and 2 kids (ages 12 and 9). Ac got nice and cold and had all the amenities to cook food while there. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was the best part for us. Parked our car in the condo parking lot and didnt have to drive anywhere the whole time. Was even a gas station in walking distance. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

This second floor condo was perfect for 2 people and could have accommodated 4. The mini kitchen had all the essentials. We didn't need these, but note there is no dishwasher and no blender. It has refrigerator/freezer, pots, pan, casseroles, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, oven, stove. The passthrough window between the mini kitchen and dining area was handy as a shirt pocket since we cooked a few of our meals. Otherwise we would have had to go up and down the steps multiple times just to get food to the table. I needed to stay up late a couple of nights to laptop work, so it was nice to have the pull out bed/couch in the living room. Thankful to have great WiFi too! The beach was not terribly crowded and a good little 2 block walk with plenty of sidewalk and boardwalk. Restaurants were within walking distance. We went to Papi's and The Dinghy. We drove the 15-20 minute drive into Charleston and went on a tour, explored the city, shopped at the market the first day, had a couple of beach days, and to beautiful naturistic Charlestown Landing the last day, which was about 30-35 min away from the condo. I definitely recommend!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
