There was no breakcast we went on site for breakfast once but was very expensive. For what we had. No wifi, which is okay when weather fine we had really bad weather so was stuck in with basic chanels on tv. And no wifi and was not aloud to buy any because of it being private let so was very hard with children and decided to travel home a day before .

Very clean and comfortable accommodation.
There may have been a mix up with the messages but we did not receive arrival instructions until I called the host in the evening. It was ok as we were visiting family nearby but it would be helpful to ensure that arrival instructions such as how to find the property and the key code are sent further in advance. However the host was helpful over the phone. The shower was weak and could be replaced. Wifi would be a bonus as no signal.

Really clean well maintained chalet. The fuse box went one day. However, owner came and fixed it an hour after I phoned. It's a really great base for days out, very much recommend the Milky Way as didn't have to queue over the Easter holidays.
Lovely location for beach and loads of days out within a 20 min radius. We bought site passes over the Easter holidays and it only has a small swimming pool which you had to queue for. Staff were lovely but very overstretched work wise. I would definitely stay at the chalet again. However, I would probably use it as a base and not bother with site passes.

The extras provided, such as bedding, washing up item's and soaps in the bathroom
Due to us being in the chalet over New Year and the park being closed, we spent a lot of time in the chalet and found the sofa very uncomfortable. Also, in the master bedroom the slats under the mattress kept dropping out and the shower in the bathroom has barely any pressure

Clean, easy to get to, linen and towels provided great for a short break. Bucks Mills is a shortish but steep walk through the woods. gnome reserve at local garden centre is free and has a nice restaurant.
An entertainment pass should be purchased if you want to swim, and there is a timetable, swimming is not always available.

Location fantastic my 3 kids myself and partner loved it.
Would highly recommend and definitely be going again

Kitchen facilities fine.
The bedding had summer duvets (thin as anything!) didn't cover your feet or no overhang on the side of the bed. Felt cold. No additional pillows or blankets. The mattress needs replacing and kingsize thick duvets would of been better. The whole idea of going away is to get a good nights sleep. At £100 a night this was not ideal.

perfect location. nice neighbours.

Location was fine. We needed the car for trips around as the weather was not good for walking. The site is well equipped for families with children.
Access to beaches. The weather.

Location was probably good.
Price seemed ok.
Booked to stay for 3 nights, however the weekend we were travelling 25 to 28 September 2021, there was a shortage of fuel deliveries across the country and we couldn’t get fuel to travel or to tour Devon and Cornwall as planned. We asked for a refund and it was refused.

Very smelly like cat wee. Spoilt the stay. Was fine apart from that. I would suggest laminate or vinyl flooring

Was very clean and allowed us to check jn early. Great for a family with plenty of room.
Advertised with a sea view but could only see a chalet in front of us.
Not worth £99 for the night. More like at £60 stay.
