The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and two twins, along with a shower room and a cloakroom. Outside there is a wrap-around veranda with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved, small dog welcomed by prior negotiation, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.6 miles and a pub on-site. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Hut (Devon Country 5) is a wonderful base, well-positioned to explore the Devonshire coastline. Note: There are steps to the exterior. Note: Guests have access to a range of on-site facilities, including both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a restaurant, a children's play area, and a launderette. Note: To access on-site facilities guests need a weekly guest pass, obtainable at Reception - 12.95 per adult, 10.95 per child aged 2-18.

The Milky Way Adventure Park, which contains rollercoasters, a play area, wildlife exhibits, and the North Devon Wake Park, is only a short stroll away.
