Roomy house in a beautiful part of the country
The sauna and hot tub are really nice! The house is really lovely and well-decorated and the garden section is great, though we unfortunately we didn't have the best weather... One thing to note is that the house does not have an actual barbecue, there is a wood-fire pizza oven available for cooking but you will have to bring along along a disposable barbecue if you would like to grill food outdoors.

We loved staying at Warren house, loved the beautiful gardens. it felt very luxurious. thank you
Warren house was beautiful inside and out, perfect facilities and beautiful spacious rooms to socialise, eat meals and spread out. The garden and spa was sublime
the what three words was helpful to locate the property but a sign at the gate would have been useful. a mirror in the main bedroom would have been helpful when getting dressed.

We would love to return it was a really happy stay in a beautiful environment
The house and garden were beautiful
There lacked equipment for grilling the steaks. One chair collapsed with an adult just sitting in it but he is alright now. It was a wooden garden chair.

Felt like first time hosts. A nice house but lacking in service and amenities.
The house and location was lovely. Offered late check out but only complimentary due to all the issues we raised on the house amenities.
The management of the booking was tedious and confusing. I booked on Booking.com then the owner made me transfer to another company, tried to increase the price and the security deposit amount. Felt sketchy! Although the house was nice it was really lacking on the finer details to warrant the price they charged: 1. The house was also not fully equipped. It had no tea towels to dry or take hot things out of the oven, 1 dishwater tablet for a 3 day stay, leftover dishes in the dishwasher from the previous guests, no washing up utensils or bin bags to tidy the house and a small amount of toilet paper for 11 people! (Tight) Yet the booklet states you must clean the house to the original standard or be billed. Why do they have cleaners then, and also why do you not provide appropriate tools to clean the house. 2. the house was full of large blow flies that had come in through an open window 3. The heating and all the lights had been left on (26 degrees celsius) and we couldn't reset the heating all evening so had to sleep with all the windows open (which perpetuated gross giant blow flies coming in) 4. The owner had not paid the internet bill so were in a remote area with no phone service or wifi til the second day 5. The hot water boiler was on some sort of auto timer and switched off on check-out morning. Freezing showers for all. 6. Booking page also states a range of things are included which weren't the case. Someone should really pay more attention: Below stated as included at no additional costs: - Chocolate or cookies - Bottle of water - Wine/champagne - Chocolate or cookies - Bottle of water - Wine or champagne - as well as a long list of wellness facilities
