Very good breakfast, and close to the airport.

Checking in was easy in English and everything was well-explained. An easy 20-min drive to the HAM airport for my early AM flight and much cheaper than an airport hotel.
The back entrance (the only entrance at night) to the hotel required passing through a foyer area that smelled of cigarette smoke. The hotel has an old, dated feel, but the rooms were clean.

Friendly, easy acces (close to highway), clean, adequate breakfast (basic).
Worn out interieur.

The breakfast was good. The lake behind is beautiful. The price is not so expensive and the rooms are clean. The whole place has a very vintage 80s atmosphere.
There is no fridge and there is no water heater (kettle) for coffee or tea. The place is a bit far you need around 40-45 minutes to reach from Hamburg Zob. The building looks pretty old

Quiet, comfortable hotel with all the necessary amenities. Undercover parking. Friendly staff and a decent breakfast.
Shame the restaurant was closed.

The place was clean and with a small park in the back that we unfortunately didn't have time to explore. There was a possibility to check in with a keybox after hours (10 pm).
The place was old and the breakfast was cold and mediocre. We had specifically been given a choice between a big double bed or two singles. We chose the double bed and was given singles anyway. It was late when we arrived and the receptionist had gone home so we didn't complain however.
The ventilation in the bathroom was no good so it was obviously very moist(although not moldy). There was no fridge/minibar in the room which wasn't exactly promised but I would expect it.

Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant closed but found a good Italian restaurant close by.

Perfect for staying for a single night when traveling by car, good parking opportunities, standard quality breakfast.
Info on the booking says that the check in is until 23h,but it is only until 22h. Please update it.

When I booked a room during this trip, I made sure there were a few amenities that were must haves for me. An attached bathroom, pets were allowed, and parking. This place advertised as all of those things... So I booked the room and drove there!
Needless to say upon arrival I was informed there was no parking available to me, only for certain rooms. There was plenty of spots available in there lot, I just wasn't allowed one. I am a single female that travels alone with my 15lb dog. I asked if I could please at least purchase a spot or something, as I had many bags, I was wanting to repack. She wouldn't allow me too, and was surprisingly not helpful in the least. Told me to go park two streets over in free parking. I went to that street, many times, and could never find an open spot. I ended parking in a public lot about a mile away. Need less to say I didn't go anywhere that night, and didn't stay more than on e night. The gentleman that evening was helpful when I had a couple questions about the area and dining. The attached restaurant it quite lovely and the food is good, and the wait staff amazing!!!! Because I was kind of stuck "in" for the night, I decided to read and have tea in my room and they kept me refilled for free. They turned the whole experience from miserable to quite lovely.
The room and hotel were very clean, but with all the noise I think the maids were having a broom battle outside my door at 6am which while annoying was kind of funny.
I definitely wouldn't stay here again because of the misleading parking situation, with the potential to be unsafe for solo travelers which is unfortunate, because the location and restaurant were great.
The rude, less than helpful front desk lady, not willing to work with me, when their listing in Booking clearly says parking is available. And what I now refer to as the battle of the miads at 6am.

Close to the A7, friendly and flexible staff. Shame that the restaurant isn’t open at the moment but this is most likely due to corona.
