la cama no era muy cómoda para la categoría del hotel , tiene una separación muy notoria e incomoda en el medio que no logra cubrirse bien con el tipo de cobertor que usan, las almohadas tampoco son tan confortables , en mi caso siempre busco hoteles de esta categoría porque lo más importante es descansar en una buena cama en todo sentido y pienso que en este caso no cumple ese punto totalmente

Luxury in keeping with the hotel's famous neighbors.

The location on the Passeig de Gràcia, a short walk from Gaudí's iconic Casa Milà and even more extravagant Casa Batlló, is ideal, the room overlooking the street, quiet and relaxing. But what truly was exceptional was the breakfast. Served below a golden ceiling supported by sturdy columns, the offerings (eggs and omelets, cheeses and cold cuts, breads and pastries, fresh fruits and juices) at times simply overwhelmed. The rooftop terrace also offered a wonderful view, especially at sunset.

A few things needed to be adjusted upon arrival but they were quickly rectified. Not that anyone swam in mid-November, the hotel's mention of a rooftop pool is somewhat a misnomer, as it is more a decorative element.

Omg I fell in love with this magnificent monumental hotel as soon as the taxi arrived it’s simply stunning from the warm and welcoming greeting as soon as we stepped out of the taxi staff are so supportive and friendly amazing quality everywhere the room was perfect so comfortable bed and pillows I just melted into as we flew from Australia 30 hours to place my tired head on these magnificent pillows was bliss, the decor of the hotel was superb the roof top bar and restaurant area stunning and the gym was compact however had all the necessary space that overlooked the social area stunning views of Barcelona the hotel was in an excellent position for shoppers and dining , I give Hotel Casa Fuster Barcelona 10 out of 10 perfecto. Thank you to all the staff you made our stay with you so memorable and I will always carry my experience and love for Barcelona in my heart. Thank you

Best service, great location, beautiful building

If you like being pampered and superb service, Hotel Casa Fuster is your place. We arrived a little early and were able to check in. The turn down service was excellent. We went on a tour prior to our departure. We were asked if we would be taking a taxi on our way back and time. Our taxi to the airport was waiting for us with our luggage inside.

The bed was a little too firm but I was still able and get a good nights rest.

Very good breakfast. Nice roof terrace, great views. Very pleasant and helpful personell.

I had an accident stepping out of the shower and slipping on a flooded marble floor. The injury spoiled our travel/cruise for several days afterwards. Management acknowledged that this problem has been recognized and will be fixed. We were given kind words and excuses. We felt this was not enough considering the circumstances. The room was small for the price. We did not like the low light, dark atmosphere throughout the hotel. Also , the floor light beams shining up was blinding us.

Absolutely fantastic

Me and my partner came here for my 30th birthday and the staff couldn’t of been more welcoming if they had tried! They made our stay that much better. The receptionists were very knowledgeable about the area and answered all queries we had. They even phoned up a particular restaurant we wanted to eat at to book a table for us. I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel people interested in booking this place needs to know how great it is! we look forward to staying again in the future.
