This captivating lake/pond-view villa in gated community offers more than what you need. This villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 Full bathrooms, Kitchen, Game room, Laundry room with wash and dryer, and much more around the home to enjoy. You can relax in your own private pool with stunning water view of the lake/pond. Besides the Villa itself, you can take advantage of the exclusive amenities of the Villa Sol Club house overlooking community pool with Jacuzzi, workout gym, basketball and tennis courts, playground and other common areas to enjoy.

The biggest advantage of the home is the location. Located only 15 to 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport and USTA NATIONAL CAMPUS Lake Nona, the major attractions like Disney World , Universal, Sea World, Golf Courses, Shopping Malls , Downtown Orlando, Downtown Kissimme with in 20 to 40 minutes drive approximately.
The house is very close to every retailer near, Public Supper Market and Walmart being the closest. Just a few short miles away is the heart of 192 and Loop Mall with plenty of chain restaurants to choose from as well as several world renowned dinner theater shows, such as Medieval Times and Arabian nights. The Premium and Prime Outlets, Florida Mall, and Mall at Millenia, as well as major sporting good retailers-Bass Pro Outdoor World and Dicks for your fishing and hunting needs. Visit Kennedy Space Center, go to the beach or do some deep sea fishing. Kissimmee is also home to major league baseball spring training camps for the Atlanta Braves and Houston Astros, as well as the Orlando Magic NBA team. Fun for the whole family with plenty activities for all. If you can't do it in Orlando, it probably can't be done!

IMPORTANT INFO FOR THE GUESTS TO KNOW:
1-POOL HEATING:Pool heating fee is not included in the rates.Our pool does have heating system. During winter, the pool water is not warm enough to swim so please let us know and we will add pool heating and you will be charged a fee in advance. We will run the pool heater for 12 hours a day before your arrival to have the pool completely heated, and during your stay we will run the pool heater 8 to 10 hours a day according to your choice of time and schedule. The POOL HEATING CHARGE not included in the rates, which is optional for the Guest to choose and will be added upon guest request for pool heating. $35 per day plus taxes for 8 to 10 hours a day, minimum 3 days required and $50 one-time flat fee for setup.
2- BASIC STARTER SUPPLIES: This is a self-catering accommodation. We provide to our guest one day complementary starter basics supplies like, one roll of kitchen towel paper, 2 trash bags, a small bottle of dishwashing soap, few dishwashing pods, few pods for laundry soap, one toilet paper roll for each bathroom, a small bottle of shampoo/conditioner and small hand soap bar. Further supplies for rest of your stay are the responsibility of the guests. Please be ready to bring with you or purchase after your arrival from local stores rest of supplies or anything you need.

Lots of space on this one floor ranch. Not having to climb up and down stairs as one might in many of the surrounding properties was good. Great response from the host before and during the stay. Did not get to use the pool as it was chilly in January, but sparkling clean and nice outdoor seating and view. Nice neighborhood and parking on the street as well as driveway was good.

After a long day at the theme parks, this home was a great place to recover. It is located in a quiet community that is minutes away from all your food and shopping needs. The home was clean with great view of lake. The owner was very attentive and responsive to any questions that I had.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious villa. We loved the view of the reservoir out the back. The pool was very refreshing after a day in the Florida heat. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and store leftovers. We enjoyed the game room with pool table. The owner was very attentive and prompt with answers to our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a USTA junior tournament. It was great to come back to a pool to cool off in and feel like home away from home. Owner was very accommodating allowing us to extend our trip when needed. Comfortable beds, about 15 minutes from USTA campus!

Exactly as described. Very close and convenient to the airport. Nice neighborhood with lots of paths to walk. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was easy and I got quick responses. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Pool was green green green algae upon arrival. Tried contacting property mgr and owner. No response until 4 hours later. TOO late-we left asap. Called VRBO no help at all. Owner and VRBO will not refund money as pool was unusable. Dirty carpet, pool, and floors. Gross! What a scam stay away from this and VRBO and supposed guarantee. Funny it won't let me post the pictures showing the filth.

We really enjoyed out stay in February - weather was fantastic and we used the pool a lot for the little kids. Nice location close to the airport and a nice neighborhood to walk around. Wal Mart very close by for anything needed. House was well equipped with all the necessities to make our stay great.

We had a great time with family and friends. Rooms were nice. Minor fixes would make experience much more enjoyable. Towels should be replaced as they looked worn. Kitchen clean with good space. Minor repairs to bathroom shower and toilets. Pool nice but deck needs power washing. View was beautiful and is where we spent most of our time when at the house. Location to parks, airport and Amtrack train station are excellent!!! Would return if these items were repaired or upgraded.

Great view of lake from house. Quiet neighborhood. The garage being converted into a billiard room with a separate a/c unit was a nice touch. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Property was just as described. Communication with the PM was excellent. Travel time to USTA was 20-25 min depending on time of day. Thank you

We had a good stay. Watching the alligator and birds on the lake was nice. The house is fine but not super special esp the outdoor area which would be fantastic with some plants or color. The neighborhood is nice, just felt less like a vacation and more like visiting my aunts house. I had to buy items like toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags because the supply offered is minimal - same with soap and shampoo. Host very friendly and accommodating with stay dates.

Me and 5 other girls came here for a getaway and it did not disappoint! Communication with the property manager was great!! Always responds to you right away and so very friendly! When we got here it was so clean. Such a beautiful home and area! The pool was fantastic with a view of the lake. I do not have a single complaint about this place! Will definitely plan another trip here!!!

We really enjoyed our week stay. Can't beat the backyard view. Of note the house is in the direct flight path to Orlando Airport so planes fly over very frequently. Great communication with management, easy booking. House could use a refresh a bit tired but did the job.

Terrific location. Loved the view of the lake from the lanai and swimming in the pool was a big hit for everyone but especially for our grandchildren. Stores and restaurants were close by and we took advantage of the Walmart Supermarket which was just a quarter mile away. We had 6 adults and 2 children staying and never felt crowded in this spacious VRBO. Also, I never had a problem contacting Khurshid for requests and questions. He was very helpful.

My family and I have stayed in a lot of VRBO's. This one matches the listing and the communication with the owner/manager made it even better. The pool was wonderful and the view of the lake was lovely. I have stayed at some properties that were stocked better with cookware but the basics were there. The kitchen has some drawers that need hardware fixed. There is a normal coffee pot and a Keurig which was very nice. We loved our stay!!

First I want to Thank Khurshid for coming out after we got there to turn the heater on for the pool! Coming from Chicago we didn’t realize the water temperature was going to be so cold! It was well worth the cost! The kids had a blast in the pool after our day’s activities! That was the only issue we had and he took care of it right away. The property was great. We had plenty of room, and the game room was fun too! We are hoping to return next year. Thank you Khurshid!

Owner is right on top of any requests, fabulous customer service. Kitchen is stocked beyond a normal rental. We stayed here for a National championship and where 10-15 minutes from the courts, 12 minutes to the airport. We enjoyed the pool and lovely view of the pond. 5 girls on our team stayed at the home, the other 3 came over with their husbands to eat our fabulous meals. Very comfortable house layout with bedrooms on either side of living area!

The property was great! The problem we had was there was plastic in the ice maker, so therefore in all of our drinks. Had to dump all of the ice out and wash everything out. We also were notified that they only supply "starter supplies" once we received the info on how to get into the residence. This was the first time we've ever had to do this, which we didn't care for. For the price of what we paid, they could afford to supply toliet paper, trash bags, napkins, dishwasher pods, etc. That was very disappointing! Will definitely check before we book again with another property in Florida!
