5 Stars! - This house was just perfect for our trip. Right when you walk in it looks so pretty and clean. Myself and a few other coaches stayed for 5 nights while we were attending a gymnastics competition. It was only 12-15min from Disney & ESPN wide world of sports, which was really convenient for us driving back and forth to the meet. I was a little worried about the pool area being screened in (if the sun would come in enough for a tan lol) but it was just fine, and the small pool was great for people like us that don't actually swim just dip in to cool off. There are also sidewalks in this area so I went on a run and even though they are still developing the area it was really nice. The only thing I was not prepared for was that there wasn't extra toilet paper for the bathrooms, or at lease I never found any. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and would stay at this house again Jenna L.

5 Stars! Just completed our stay at this beautiful Townhome. The pictures do not do it justice. It was even more than we expected, centrally located to shopping and close to theme parks such as Disney World. It was great to end the day at its family water park with the lazy river, water slides, golfing, hot tub, music, ice cream for kids and adults drinks for us to wind down for the day. Would definitely book again! Beautiful home. Clean and just as described. Small pool was great for the kids. Clubhouse was wonderful. We loved the large pool and water slides/lazy river. We had a few small issues when we first arrived that weren’t really even an inconvenience for us. I mentioned them just so that the owners would know they were that way when we arrived... when we came home from the beach that same day, they had already been fixed. You won’t regret staying here! I had to book at the last minute and I really appreciate the accommodations at the last minute. Everything was as it was described the 4 couples really enjoyed the location close to everything.

This property was so lovely, safe and close to all the amenities that we wanted. Disney parks were 10mins and less drive. I loved this place and will definitely use here again. My family and I spent 10 days here and it was excellent. A home away from home.

The house is beautiful, and well appointed. There are mirrors everywhere you look which is weird but not intrusive. The house is well kept and updated. Communication and response from the property managers is slower than expected, but they do communicate. All in all happy with the property. It is 12-20 minutes from Sea World properties and Disney. Great location.

At the end of my staying i receive a email asking a 5 start review and i was going to get s starbucks card in reward, and now i understand why so many good reviews, but omg this is the second time we stayed in the same neighborhood for volleyball tournament, this house is so dirty, furniture old ripping the dining bench is broken and they try to fixed instead of changing it and is so dangerous to sit there, towels oh please bring your own towels, dryer machine cycle doesn't stop so be extra careful cause it can be drying all day or all night, is not worth the cost, be careful renting this property, location is excellent but thats it.

We had a wonderful stay at our little home away from home for two weeks. It was a beautiful home that was well furnished and very comfortable for everyone. Perfect location to Disney and ESPN while we stayed there for the cheerleading worlds and the summit. Home had everything we needed and more! We will definitely stay here on our return. For reference, we are a family of five, our children ranging from ages 11, 12 and 16. We had my parents staying with us and my mother-in-law as well. Everyone had their own space it was perfect!

House was big enough for our family and the kids loved the pool. Beds need to be updated they were hard and not very comfortable but I guess everyone has different likes when it comes to beds. 1 extra garbage bag is not enough for a family and extra toilet paper would be nice too but overall it was a nice home and our family had a great time while visiting.

The staff at the Guard building are amazing! The entire staff is great! The home was beautiful and very clean other than the bathtub in the king mater bedrooms. There was a lot of hair let in the showers. But again other than that it was an amazing experience.

Loved staying at this property, the host was very helpful and responsive. Location was great, close to the parks and shopping. Felt the cleaning process could of been a little better (living room rug needed a vacuum and some food crumbs left on dinning room seats) but overall a very enjoyable stay. Would stay here again.

Our extended family of eight enjoyed our stay in this house. We stayed the week before Christmas, and the neighborhood was not over-crowded and was very quiet. It took us 15-20 minutes to drive to the Disney property. The bathrooms were very clean (and we loved having so many of them!). The house had a large water heater, so we never ran out of hot water for showers. There were plenty of mugs for us to use in the kitchen, and there were plenty of extra towels and blankets in the house. We did notice that the pool was very small, especially for a house that sleeps so many guests. We did not use the pool, but if you are planning to spend a lot of time swimming on vacation, it may help you to know that there's not room for very many people to do any active swimming together.
The decor was simple and tasteful. The property does not have its own private driveway, and we were not allowed to park on the street overnight, but there is a large parking lot just across the street from the house, and we were able to park on the street to load and unload. The check-in and check-out processes went very smoothly, including obtaining a parking pass at the main gate entrance. We would definitely stay at this property again!

We stayed at a property in Storey Lake on Clock Tower Drive from 27-30 Oct 22. Up until our arrival the communication with Premier Resort Properties was good. At first glance everything seemed fine, but once we went upstairs it was really hot. The air conditioner didnt work at all during the entire trip. I notified them of the problem during the stay and at 4:15 pm on the morning we checked out (at 9:30 am) I received an email that a technician coming out between noon and 4pm, after the fact. Not to mention that we were told a $150 fee would be charged to us if a technician had to come out while we were still there.
Some of our guest got locked inside the downstairs bathroom due to an issue with the lock. We also had someone show up to address something with the dryer.
It is apparent this property was not checked out by the management company prior to our arrival.
Now that our trip is over, no one can be bothered to respond to emails/phone call. I think we should be compensated for the AC issue.
Lesson learned and I will definitely notify other family, friends and fellow veterans not to use this property management company in the future.

Overall, very satisfied with our stay at this property. The location in Storey Lake is great with excellent access to anything needed nearby; this made travel by car much less than in years past. The recreation facilities where also very nice including the waterpark area. The property itself was very comfortable and in decent condition. Only issue was communication with the property management group. Called on a couple of occassions because of problem with internet (changed network/password without telling us so we didn't have cable nor internet for two days) and all we got was a voice mail with no calls back. Finally had to call Spectrum ourselves to fix the issue giving up our time on during vacation and no TV in downstairs bedrooms for 4 days until they came to service. Again, very nice facility, would stay again but the property management group needs to be much more responsive to issues when they arise.

This property served its purpose well. There were 5 moms and 5 daughters, each duo had their own room. We were in and out the whole week while our daughters were participating in a dance convention. The only downfall is that the downstairs stayed much warmer than the upstairs. Everything else was great!

Overall Nice Stay
The home was a great size for our family stay. It is a great location too, especially with having Walmart and restaurants really close. The house was nice overall. The only thing I would say was the pool needed to be cleaned. All the carpet needs to be cleaned (really need to be changed because it appears pretty worn). The rug in the living room especially. This took a way from the overall cleanliness of the home to us. They could at least provide 1 trash bag per day and better quality ones so it doesn't rip. The kitchen could use a scrubber for scrubbing dishes and washcloths should be provided for the bathrooms. These are just recommendations for the owners. Again overall nice stay and we would recommend.

Great place to stay
Rental as described. We stayed so busy the whole trip that we only used the pool a couple of times and slept. The only thing the property didn’t have that we needed were washcloths, which we were able to purchase when we went into town. The living room couch is a little worn and the whole home could definitely use some paint, but overall my family and I enjoyed the property.

Great Condo
This condo was very nice. Good floor plan and lots of space. Distance to parks and convention center was good. Didn't take too long to get anywhere we needed to be.
Only thing we were slightly disappointed with was the community pool. Wasn't as nice as we thought it would be.

Great location if you’re in Orlando for Summit.
Location!! . Location!! Location!!! We were in Orlando for The Summit at Espn. Property was clean. The pictures truly represented what the property looked like. Check in was so easy. If we get a bid to Summit next year, we’ll definitely be staying at Storey Lake.

Communication
It was good except more explanations on heating the pool and the grill would have been nice. I payed for a grill and had no gas and wasnt aware the pool that was there was unheated and i would need to pay to have it heated.

Excellent
We had an excellent stay. Each room was perfect and spacious with room for lounging and catching up after a day filled with conferences and learning. The pool area was wonderful. Getting in and out of the complex was a breeze, and it's location near grocery shopping was fantastic. This space was well worth the expense.
All of the appliances worked perfectly; we had plenty of towels, and the HVAC was great; we were very comfortable.
A couple of minor issues:
- The curtain rod in the main living area was not attached properly and fell out of the wall. I reached out to the owners who told us it would be fixed; it was not.
- We pulled a large piece of plastic out of the garbage disposal (it was a blade guard for a knife) and the disposal seemed to be off balance. Again, we notified them, they said they'd take a look, but they did not.
- There were a few burned out bulbs.

Beautiful house, only one problem
The house was beautiful, very clean. I had no problems until the end, when I received a damage report and they charged me $45 for a comforter I did not dirty. It was obvious by the stain that the comforter had been washed before trying to get that stain out. I originally paid a $60 damage fee for “just in case”. But they still charged me $45 in addition. Don’t really understand that, when I asked them through email they did not respond back.

Stay at Story book
The house was very roomy and we enjoyed being there. Just a couple of things for the manager: there needs to be salt and pepper available, and there should be full rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. One of the beds had hairs on the sheets, but there were extra sheets so we took care of it.

Cute little stay away from home
This was a great little house for my group of five friends who were in Florida for a convention. All needs were met while we were there. The pool would be perfect for the warmer months though it was a little too cold for us while we were there. This was a nice little home away from home with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths It was the perfect amount of space for everyone there.

First time to this property and community. The stay would have been better with good communication from the management company, but was poor and they were not interested in fixing the problems we contacted them about early in the stay.
The Pro's
-plenty of room for the entire family.
The Con's
-If your planning on cooking, be very prepared as the kitchen had a lack of amenities. Some spices were provided, however they were very old and no salt or pepper was available.
-Plastic cups were brittle and cracked easily.
-Grill (which we paid extra per day for) was left dirty. Management said they would send maintenance out to take care of it, but that never happened. The management company refunded the amount we paid to use the grill, but we were still out the money and time we spent to purchase grilling items.
-If you plan on using the pool it will cost extra per day to heat it in the winter months. Something that is not mentioned in the listing. We paid for this extra benefit, however the pool was still not warm enough to enjoy. I talked to a pool maintenance person while I was there and he said it was either a low temperature setting or the heater is not working as it should. Either was it was not useable.
-Pool chairs were made of faux wicker and were busted. The sharp edges were not comfortable for sitting in.
-The listing boasts extra sanitation practices, however it was not apparent as there was caked on dust on all the baseboards, bathroom vents, and duct work. At the very least a quarterly cleaning should take care of these items if the management company paid attention to it.
-I wrote the management company about one of the showers not draining properly and filling with water to the point of overfilling the tub. The management company did nothing to do fix this issue, so one of the showers was not useable. If we had chosen to use it, it would have caused water damage to the unit. I was responsible enough to know to stop using the shower, and the frustrating part is that even though they were notified in writing, the management company was not responsible enough to take care of the issue and preventing water damage to the unit if someone chose to use it.
-Though it is not listed, the community pool, which is heated, is not walkable. It is accessed by vehicle alone, and the parking is very limited. The community guidelines threat towing due to this issue.
