Comfortable & best location

梅田商圈，位置极佳。出门就是地下入口，下雨也不用担心，走到JR，地铁口都淋不到一滴雨。距离机场大巴stop也很近。

立地条件がよかった。大坂の街は歩道橋、陸上、地下街で構成されているが、その地下街を駆使すれば、価格的にこれ以上快適なロケーションはなかった。

シャワーカーテンが汚れていた。シャワーの水圧により、シャワーカーテン上を超えて水が飛散していた。

Value for money, comfort room and super great location

Very convenient - 1 minute walk that lead you down to this underground passage - which you could simply walk to Osaka Ekimae 1, 2, 3 & 4, Subway Stations, JR, Hanshin & Hankyu Stations etc. Tons of cafes, restaurants & bars to choose from.

The lobby was too crowded especially in the morning and afternoon during check-in & check-out time. I was assigned to a room on the 3rd floor facing directly into the main road - no privacy!

朝食は品数も多くよかったし、通路も広く動きやすくてよかったです。

2階から上がる際などエレベーターの待ちが少し長く感じた。駐車場がわかりにくく、道路が狭く、一方通行が多いため、他県からくるとわかりにくかった。車も今回はたまたま軽自動車で行ったのでよかったが、ミニバンタイプの車だと大変だなぁと思った。

不會再考慮這間飯店，地點一般，價格很貴，空間很小，隔音差，清潔不夠，床很小

地點勉強可以還是離地鐵有點距離

茶杯用過沒有更換清洗，飯店比想像中老舊，空間很小，價格太高不值得，晚上有門禁但門卡無法進去還是要按電鈴，隔音很差，一直聽到隔壁和外面中國旅客大小聲和碰撞聲，床很小

The staff are very accommodating. Checking in was a breeze. The room was lovely. Will book again.

La Frere was just a few blocks away from Osaka Station where we can do shopping and dining. The hotel was also surrounded with izakaya and ramen places you will never run out of places to enjoy food. The ground floor has a 24/7 convenient store, and a duty-free shop for goods to bring home. Taxi service was also nearby for a quick tour of the city if you are not familiar with using trains yet.

I haven't had any negative experience during my stay.

最高の一人旅になった

地下街の入り口が近く、雨でも難なく駅までいけます。平日の宿泊でしたが無料で部屋をアップグレードして頂き期待以上に過ごすことが出来ました。部屋も広く清潔でおしゃれな感じで、ゆっくり休むことができました。設備やアメニティ類も不足する物は無く、全く問題ありませんでした。スタッフさんの対応もソフトで丁寧でした。５泊６日の一人旅でしたが最終日にこのホテルに宿泊でき本当に良かったと思いました。３階に大浴場がありましたが所要があり入れなかったため次回は是非利用したいと考えています。

特にありません。少し歩きますが、大阪駅から地下道を通って行けることを知っていれば遠回りな電車乗り継ぎをせずにスムーズな移動が出来てました(笑)

Clean spacious hotel

Comfortable mattress not as hard as the other hotels we have stayed at. Good location, big rooms. Excellent parking, would like to especially thank the workers who manage the garage parking spaces. So lovely and friendly.

カップルならあり！家族なら要思考！

部屋からの眺めはそこそこ良かった第3ビルと第4ビルが近かった阪神と阪急、駅チカなので歩いて色々行きたい人にはとても良い立地だと思った部屋のシャワーがミラブルだった部屋の鏡が女優ミラーだった

ハンドソープと洗顔が同じは少し嫌だった化粧水とかのアメニティが欲しかった大浴場を利用したが洗い場が少なくて裸のままで数分待たされた大浴場と言うのであればもっと広いとこが良かった大浴場から帰る時にあの薄手のスリッパじゃせっかく洗ったのにたまに廊下を踏んでしまい残念です大浴場の給水がなくなっていたので受付の男性に説明すると男なので入れないと言われた。女性を配置するか受付の方がされればよいのでは？風呂あがりで喉乾いたし補充ができないのであればせめて自販機とか置いといて欲しい(現金じゃなくても帰るやつ)

コスパ良かったのでまた泊まりたいです！

お部屋が綺麗だった。広い部屋をリクエストしたところアップグレードしてくれた。スーツケース2個広げるスペースもあり、化粧台も照明が良い感じだった。浴槽もあり、ウォッシュレットもあったため快適。一階にはスギ薬局とローソンがあり、道路挟んで前のビルには朝からとんかつ屋さんや吉野家があり、朝食にも困らなかった。駅まで地下を通ったら行けるので雨の日も心配なし。

エレベーターがフロントのある2Fで必ず止まるので急ぎの時は少し不便

ราคาย่อมเยาว์ และทำเลที่ตั้ง ทางออก 11-43 ใกล้ subway Umeda, Osaka, Nishi Umeda เดินถึงได้หมดเลย แล้วใต้ดินก็มีร้านต่างๆ ทั้งชอปปิ้งและอาหาร สะดวกมากๆค่ะ (ถ้าพาคนสูงอายุมา จะเดินเยอะนิดนึงนะคะ) ทำเลที่ตั้งตรงนี้ไม่พลุกพล่าน เงียบสงบแต่เดินถึงที่ต่างๆได้ง่าย ที่สำคัญคือ มีออนเซ็นและซาวน่าให้บริการฟรีสำหรับผู้เข้าพัก สบายมาก นี่เลยอาบน้ำที่ห้องอาบน้ำรวมทุกวัน พนักงานให้การบริการดีมากๆ กระตือรือร้น ช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดี นี่ก้มขอบคุณไปหลายรอบมากๆ มาถึงที่พัก ฝากกระเป๋าก่อนเช็คอินได้เลยค่ะ รับฝากทั้งขาเข้าหรือพอเช็คเอาท์แล้วยังอยากเดินไปชอปปิ้งก่อนกลับ ก็ฝากกระเป๋าไว้ก่อนได้อีก มีเครื่องซักผ้าและอบผ้าให้บริการนะคะ ชั้นเดียวกับออนเซ็น มี wifi ให้บริการฟรี มีน้ำแข็งและชากาแฟ ให้บริการฟรีที่ lobby (เป็นรอบๆนะคะ เช็คอีกที) ทางนี้ไม่ได้ทานข้าวเช้าที่โรงแรม เพราะออกกันสาย ฉะนั้นใครหิวตอนเช้าลงไป Lawson ชั้นล่างอยู่ด้านหลังโรงแรมได้เลย สะดวกสุดๆ ถ้าพักที่นี่แล้วอยากชอปปิ้ง ไม่ต้องไปถึง Shinsaibashi แค่เดิน Lucua, Hankyu ของเยอะมากๆ (พวก brandname จะอยู่ Hankyu นะคะ มีทุกแบรนด์เนมอยู่ในนั้นหมดเลย ชอปสนุกค่ะ)

Perfect hotel voor meerdere dagen

Perfect hotel voor een bezoek aan Osaka. Op nog geen 10 minuten lopen van Osaka station en dichtbij meerdere metrolijnen. Onderin zit een kleine combini en aan de achterkant zit er nog een. Het ontbijt was prima geregeld met genoeg keuze, zowel westers als japans. Iedere dag krijg je flesjes water op de kamer en er zijn voldoende was faciliteiten. De kamer was ook nog redelijk groot in ieder geval prima om de tassen kwijt te kunnen zonder dat je er steeds over struikelt. Ik kan dit hotel zeker aan bevelen, ook voor meerdere dagen. Wij zijn er 4 nachten geweest.

Het enige minpunt is de lift. Deze stopt altijd op de 2e omdat daar de receptie zit en ondanks dat er meerdere liften zijn lijkt het alsof er maar 1 steeds werkt want je moet vaak wachten en de liften zijn vaak vol.

Everything at your fingertips

Room was comfy - Fitted 3 ppl ,however shoe box size, great for just sleeping. Great location Staff were excellent Lots of night life Awesome massage place directly across the rd (at traffic lights) and cheap Pharmacy and 7-11-/new days either side

*The lifts were terrible, very slow. And out of sinke .And the toilets next to the lifts always seemed to be locked *Pool- not a pool for swimming ,it's a bath and your naked..( I brought bathes to cover my Tattoos, thinking I'd get to swim in a pool)
