Camera impregnata di fumo, dalle pareti all'aria condizionata. Camera "matrimoniale" con un letto più piccolo di una piazza e mezza, cuscino e materasso scomodissimi. Pulizia discreta.

Todo lo demás. La cama incómoda, las almohadas deficientes. El desayuno tipo buffet el peor del viaje. El tamaño de la habitación muy justo par 2 personas.

Great option right next to Dotonbori

Amazing location just across the street from the entrance to Dotonbori and right down the block from Namba Station. Easy to check in and out via machine.

I stayed here previously a few years ago and the rooms were definitely a bit worse for wear this time – not quite as clean, a broken panel in the bathroom, etc.

Localização. Muito perto da zona movimentada da cidade , com muitos restaurantes e transportes públicos perto.

O quarto e o hotel tinham um cheiro estranho e tivemos de esperar 1h para limparem o quarto com um purificador. Quarto muito pequeno. Casa de banho muito pequena e antiquada. Quarto barulhento. Alcatifa suja. Sanita descarregava água ao sentar.

整體而言，是個CP值很高的旅店。價格不貴，離地鐵日本橋站6號出口也近，走路拖行李箱大約5-10分鐘，離道頓堀也很近，買完藥妝提回飯店也很方便。缺點就是…人很多有點雜。

離道頓堀很近、日本橋站也近，去哪都很方便。有行李秤，可以自助辦理入住及退房。

我們是選一般14平方公尺的雙人房房型，房間略小一點，打開兩個行李箱，浴室的門就幾乎無法打開，無法進出浴室。因為自助辦理入住，機器也有提供多國語言，相對出入的人也比較複雜多一點。無法協助代叫計程車。對於紅眼班機的退房旅客，不是很方便。

Stayed here for 2 days. The experience here was truly the best. I lost my luggage, but the staff at this hotel were very kind to help me find it. Good facilities, good location

Great location. Great value. We enjoyed it!

1. Friendly staff. They assisted us at the self check-in counter when it didn't accept my debit card (remember this facility is cashless payments only!). 2. Great location. The Nippombashi Station was just a minute walk away and Dotonbori Street was just a minute walk away as well. There is also a 7/11 nearby. 3. Clean room. Although we already expected it to be a small room (most hotel rooms in Japan are small), we were pleasantly surprised that it was comfy. 4. Fun lobby. Lots of free amenities, a currency exchange machine, and vending machines.

1. The hallway of our room (we stayed on the 13th floor) smelt like smoke right when we walked out of the elevator. It didn't bother us as much as our room didn't smell like smoke. I guess that is what happens when you book a room that's non-smoking. 2. The washing/drying machine could be better.

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY AT IN OSAKA

Conveniently located near Nippombashi Metro and Dotonbori. The room is slightly bigger than other hotel rooms in Japan. The toiletries are complete and when I say complete, I meant it. You don't even have to bring your skin care coz they have it. well unless you are very sensitive. It is self-service though. You take what you need but the basics are inside the bathroom already. Like Shampoo and conditioner, hand and face wash and body soap.

The room was extremely small. It did not feel clean it felt over priced for what I got but I guess you are just paying for the location but I would have rather paid to stay elsewhere.

Close to Dotonburi and shopping streets, great location but has multiple train transfers to get to Osaka/Kyoto stations

Some of the pillows were uncomfortable, close to train station that has lots of stairs and no lift or escalator, small room for two people but is fairly standard compared to other hotels, sometimes the new blankets had stains on them after the room was cleaned

Very close to Nipponbashi train station. Less than 5 minute walk to Dotonburi which makes it easy to adventure out at night.

Ventilation for the shower wasn't great. Hair dryer was alright, not the best for thick hair.

Very good

I loved the location! It was close enough to everything! It felt secure with the card access only for the doors and elevator. I also liked the little amenities they had in the front desk (coffee, good hair conditioner, etc). The air conditioner and humidifier were good.

There were some questionable stains in my room's wall. The fridge didn't seem to be cold enough. The front desk staff was good but there was a moment when the guy got on to the women rather harshly and it was uncomfortable. Like she was just trying to help dude, no need to be rude to her.

Best location!

The location was very convenient; Dotonbori is just a couple of minutes away. The washlet wasn't working when we checked in, but the staff were kind enough to assist and move us to another room.
