Great hotel to stay at Lansing

Best hotel in the area, we arrived late and reception staff was very helpful. Clean, large and comfortable room. Thanks for the late check out support.

Our favorite place to stay while visiting the Lansing area.

The room was really clean, not fake clean. All of the staff were wonderful, especially Amy who checked us in and accommodated our request for a quiet room and late checkout. I felt comfortable. Did I mention that this hotel is very clean!

I love that the rooms have Keurig coffee makers, however, I think all hotels could benefit from having a cleaning pod that guests could run through if they choose. There was some build up in the machine.

Overall we had a great time and the race went well

Very nice stay. Clean and comfy. We drove down from traverse city to run a half marathon and chose this hotel because it has a hot tub but unfortunately it was closed. Apparently lots of children were using it and it was quite contaminated 😔. Oh well. Things like that happen. We had a hot shower in the room instead

Everything was great besides the hot tub being closed. It was a little disappointing but can’t really blame anyone. There were about 10 children in it the night before

The barn door for the bathroom was heavy and blocked little noise

Great hotel. Staff was helpful and very nice. Would stay there again.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Blanket and sheets. I think it was the blanket back was too slippery and ket falling off the bed. Not soft either.

Children running up/down hallway banging on doors until around 11 pm. Parking crowded and sustained a big ding in passenger door.

I was very comfortable. Everything was very nice for the price I was paying.

I loved it very clean. The staff and the guest they were at the hotel for very welcoming. Very helpful I just wish I had more time to get to the pool. whenever I called downstairs, they picked up within seconds.

The shower door kept opening when I was taking a shower. That’s the only thing I didn’t like.

It ruined our wedding night

It was our wedding night and there were kids running up and down the hallways knocking on doors all night and morning. We called front desk several times but nothing was ever done. It was horrible.

We didn’t get any sleep while there because of the noise

Everything was great except the uncontrolled, unsafe pool area.

The staff is amazing!!

The uncontrolled pool area, too many kids without any supervision, running, throwing balls at everyone's heads, screaming, and tearing the place up. Literally. They broke the ladder in the deep end. It is unfortunate that the night staff and the restaurant manager have to police the pool area because patrons aren't forced to watch their children and follow the rules.
