Great value, convenient location, uncomfortable beds.

The location is easy to find, close to the highway. Plenty of restaurants near by. The room was clean and the self controlled heating/cooling came in handy. The room has a mini fridge, microwave and an excellent desk/workspace.

The bed is hard. The pillows are flat.

Very unsanitary! Never cleaned prior to my arrival!

Nothing about it was good.

The room was never cleaned. Very unsanitary!! A toenail on the floor, food caked on, water and food on night stand, hole in the ceiling. The office was called immediately and I was told, “thank you for letting us know “.

All together it was a great stay.

The Location was perfect, however because of the tornadoes the day before the family reunion had to be moved. The staff was good, the area was safe.

We couldn't get anything for dinner since the restaurant around there didn't have power. The beds weren't as comfortable because the mattress was a little hard. The pillows were flatter than I needed.

Great price for dirty bathroom.

The price and how close it was to Horrocs.

The bathroom had a lot of hair all over the bathroom floor and in the bath tub. The towels also had hair stuck in them :( It had not been dusted in a while.

Comfortable bed at a good price.

Great to have a microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee making. bed super comfy, room clean and desk and chair useful. staff welcoming and super responsive.

Could do with a couch or armchair. Reported that hand held shower wouldn’t switch over but overhead shower worked well. Slight smell of smoke or grass comes in through the heater.

They are not cleaning the rooms as they should be the room smells like wet dog the don't clean the floor the sink or toilet is either leaking or not working properly the sheets are stained smell I don't know if they even change and wash them Red roof used to be a good place to stay but I can't say the same anymore

the lights didn’t work some times. we didn’t have ac. when we got in we had no toilet paper or towels till house keeping got here at 10am the next day

The room was quiet and comfortable. We had a pleasant overnight stay. The room itself was a value.

Hardwood floors. Fridge and microwave were nice. Relatively clean, quiet and comfortable. Great for an overnight.

Bathroom was hastily cleaned for probably months. Dirt in the corners, etc. Entire bathroom needed caulked and updated.

Very disappointing

We contacted hotel 24 hrs in advance to let them know we would leave 6 pm and arrive around midnight. We arrived right around midnight and were informed our rooms were given away at 6 pm and we had lost our rooms for entire weekend. We had understood that we could pay at property on arrival. Clerk did not appear particularly friendly or willing to help. We began looking for a room at about 1230 at night but had to book a half hour away. Would not try Red Roof again.

There was blood spatter in our room. It was obvious the floors were not cleaned between guests and it seemed everywhere we looked there was another thing that was dirty.
