Bien

La ubicación la considero buena porque tienes que andar 15-20 min aprox para llegar a la zona turística, pero te permite aparcar gratis en la misma puerta del edificio. La habitación es muy grande y está a estrenar. Los acabados se nota que no son los mejores (TV pequeña, ducha no cerraba bien, puerta corredera en el baño, etc.) pero todo está limpísimo. Te dejan una botella 1,5L en el frigo al llegar que se agradece mucho. El wifi es muy bueno.

No me gusta que el desayuno sea sólo de 09:00h a 09:30h. Lo considero un lapso pequeño y demasiado temprano para quienes queremos disfrutar de la noche de Palermo. Yo me levanté a las 09:35h y el dueño amablemente me preparó un café, nada más. El check-out a las 10:00h también lo considero demasiado temprano. El barrio donde está el edificio se nota que es bueno, pero para llegar andando hasta él cuando vuelves por la noche tienes que recorrer zonas que pueden dar miedo, pero es justo decir que esto ocurre en casi todo Palermo.

Dani and Salvo they are awesome hosts!! helped a lot us during our stay, and we felt really welcome! they helped us in the return to the airport and give a lot of advices regarding the city, the brakfeast incredible, and the room, really really clean!! super recommend! if you want to stay in Palermo definitely recommend! we are very greatful to them.

very good place for resting in a long trip

The staff is amazing! The breakfast was good and the place was silent and clean. The room was spacious. The bathroom was good as well. They allowed me to leave the luggage on the place after the checkout.

The location wasn't great. There was not much public transport connecting the place, only a bus that delayed almost 30 minutes than predicted. The neighbourhood is not very crowded, so it looks a bit unsafe.

Very nice, clean apartment and rooms, friendly, polite and helpful owner/staff. The bus to the center is in front of the apartment which is great. Recommend!

Maybe there could be another salty thing for breakfast (eggs, salami, toast). It’s a little awkward for those who don't understand Italian because the owner doesn’t speak English so we communicated via google translate which was ok.

Daniela and Salvo were amazing hosts who made sure all their guests felt welcome! The room was lovely and so were Salvo's homemade cakes. The apartment is about 15-20 mins walk from the Palermo cathedral and the city center. We rented a car for a couple of days and it was easy to find free parking in the area. Once again, thank you for everything!

Recommended B&B

Salvo and Daniela are very nice people and were very welcoming and gave us many advices Room clean and spacious Good breakfast in the kitchen within a family ambiance Supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Distance to the city center : about 20 min walk. The bus stop in front of the b&b however you cannot count on the bus as it never arrive on time. There was no dust bin in the toilet only one in the room. No minibar,considering the hot weather so you can never keep your drinks/food fresh, or you should use the common refrigirator on the kitchen( specially during these covid19 times) I recommend every visitor to this accomodation to pay attention and to keep clean the bedsheets otherwise you will be charger extra 10€ for the cleaning( in our case our baby vomits on the bedspread, we informed the staff about this situation they told that is no problem but couple of hour later they sent us the receipt for paying the extra charge).

Very nice place to stay in Palermo

Everything was nice. The accomodation, the owners, the location. It is close by walking distance to the main attractions in the city. In front of the house you have a bus station that goes straight to the central bus and train station and it takes about 30 minutes. The breakfast was varied and fresh and everywhere you look it is very clean. It is a perfect place to stay on your holiday.

We definitely recommend staying at "Le Stanze dell'Emiro" and meeting Salvo and Daniela.

The flat I stayed in with my sister had been recently renovated: it was new, exceptionally clean and above all it felt like home (the landlady's made a point of recreating a cozy comfy atmosphere, including nice conversation at breakfast time and a farewell gift on our departure). Breakfast was rich and varied, catering for my sister's allergies as well. The wide range of products included delicious home-made cakes. Fruit juice, water, tea, coffee besides fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereals were ready available all day long. The flat is within walking distance from the centre and the railway station (about 5 km). If you're not prepared to walk long distances, you can resort to n. 124 bus( the bus stop is right opposite the flat) but it doesn't run very often, especially after 7.00 p.m.

We enjoyed pretty everything of our stay with Salvo and Daniela. They're enthusiastic about Sicily and always ready to help you with precious advice about places to visit - including opening and closing times -, dishes to savour or events to attend.

One of my best B&B experience! Dani & Salvo are the most helpful, warmhearted and forgiving hosters I've met. Despite of the language barrier, Dani still provided all help she could. Amazing breakfast provided everyday🤎Mua. Room is big and perfectly clean. Nothing felt better than resting here after a whole day outdoor trekking. Definitely recommended!

Highly recommend staying here!

Best stay so far in Italy. Salvo and Daniela are fenomenal, made us feel at home. Delicious home made breakfast and great recommendations for whole Sicily. The room was very spacious, super clean and exceeded all expectations, but Daniela and Salvo are what make this place so great. Absolutely loved it, 10/10!
