An ok base to use for exploring the island.

Close to the beach and a live music bar.

Not enough sun beds and shade around pool. All inclusive very basic. Rooms pretty basic.

Would not go back. They really need to up their game.

Comfortable bed, large shower, sitting area. Multiple pools

Air conditioning not working for first 3 days. All inclusive buffet food was awful slop and the same every day and night! Lots of rules about when you could collect a beach towel, when you could book the only restaurant-other than the buffet, what had to be worn to the gym….Surly sarcastic reception staff. So many ‘rules’ it felt more like boarding school than a holiday. A very lo F walk in to town. Bar shuts at 11. What drinks are included and what has to be paid for changed each night. No free ice cream for kids other than at set meal times - otherwise had to pay for it. I could go on and on.

Comfortable rooms set around swimming pools that were clean and fairly uncrowded

The kids club did not cater for the 8 yr old with us. The 4-12 age group focused on play with the younger children and the teen club was too old for an 8 yr old.

Very good

The hotel is gorgeous. The only reason I have for not giving maximum grades was that our balcony view was of a building site. It was only a one night stay, so we weren’t too bothered by that. Many of the rooms overlook the pool area but ours was still a pleasant place to chill.

Great for the price! Staff were amazing!

Very friendly staff. Great selection at daily buffet. Large, comfortable rooms. Quiet location far from the more touristy area within Corralejo. Walking distance to beaches.

The hotel could use a deep cleaning. Some days the buffet was super crowded. The gym hours are inconvenient.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of space to get a bed by one of the pools

Could possibly do with more umbrellas by the pools. Food was nice but maybe more variation in the main meals of a night.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. They easily offer their help and were very reactive. My friend could get great gluten-free options when she asks. The activities were there but easy to avoid if you are not interested

The cocktail were really cheaply made. And the fitness center closes at 6pm wich is very early.

Lovely rooms and staff , food needs improvement

The rooms were beautiful and spotless , Fabulous gardens and staff very helpful and friendly, check in was a breeze

The meal choices were a little odd and the food lukewarm had these been better this would be a five star resort. It was a shame the pool bar closed at six in the my favourite area as this would have been a great place to gather in the evening

Ticked all the boxes for a family break

The staff were excellent and so helpful . The animation team were superb . Everything you needed was available and it was really clean.

I would have liked if the gym opened earlier in the morning and stayed open later in the evening . 9am is a bit late for a gym to op

Superb

Food, friendly staff, location, infra structure. Really amazing place and for sure I will come back. Also flexibility to leave the bags after the check out

Too many desserts but no vegan options. Also the food no many vegan options. The gym is very old and the schedule is not good. And the activities are not many, I stayed 4 days and I didn't play bingo and ping pong, should be more often. Also padel should have instead of two tennis court

Great chilled stay all round. Minus the Wi-Fi, food options and room facilities it was great

Location and staff were the stand out features

Wi-Fi was really bad, the variety of food left little to desired. Went as a My favourite club all inclusive guest but room had no iron and the hotel wanted to charge €5 per day to use it which feels more like a 1 star as opposed to 4 star.

Relaxing & comfortable

Lots of activities, friendly staff, very clean, big double bed & spacious rooms. Food was good.

Nothing except maybe more variety on food from night to night but it was low season so it’s understandable.

Thoroughly enjoyed it, was only there for a night and day. A quick trip from Lanzarote.

We were in the club bit so adults only, this suited us as we required a bit of peace and quiet. The pool was excellent and the jacuzzi was fun, could have been on longer though, only 5 minutes each 20 minutes.

The property was lovely but it bit far out.

Not luxury suites, package holidaymakers

No communication with reception, not even contacted after complaints (Our first terrible experience ever) Cantine style food nothing elegant about the dinning experience with long queues for food!! (That was presented well but NO flavours) My husband is Italian, difficult for him to eat the cardboard bacon and soggy pasta. Dinning in shorts & flipflops. Cockroaches in room and loud music and chair scraping early morning & night. We asked for a room change & was offered 1 at 4pm on New Years Eve!!!not even a note or call from reception. Queue for pool towels and sunbeds. No luxury at all, kiddies clubs, families and everything for package holidaymakers!! Drinks all inclusive are extremely cheap versions, added with water and ice served in plastic cups!!!! Nothing canarian....
