very clean. friendly staff. Good food and excellent selection. very good selection of drinks included in all inclusive
Air conditioning in the room would have made sleeping overnight more comfortable
2.5 / 5.0
the swimming pool area, very large and plenty of space
All the facilities were old and not taken care off.
the kitchen didnt have almost any equipment ( coffee maker , toaster, microwave ) . so if you don’t go in all inclusive … it’s very limited .
the game machines were all out of order .
the basketball court was a joke with grass carpet
the beach volley court was badly managed. with almost no sand left and a big concrete stone to peal off your feet . enjoy it!

The location was perfect, Good Pool area and although it was predominantly French guests, the animation team were great and did try to include the English kids. All Inclusive drinks were good. The apartments themselves were spacious and well maintained.
General cleanliness could have been better, especially the main public toilets below reception. The resort looked "tired" and in need of some TLC. The food was OK, we did find something OK to eat everyday, but the restaurant was very under staffed though and often there was a delay in waiting for food stuffs to be replenished. The beds weren´t comfortable nor the sunbeds, maybe some new ones were needed.

The hotel location was brilliant. We were across the road from a supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. The water park is no more than a 10 minute walk away as is another set of shops and restaurants. It's also a short walk to a lovely beach or a 5-10 minute taxi to the sandy beach. The pool (salt water) and pool area was nice and well kept. Lots of different food to choose from with theme nights. Our rooms were really big, large living area, large showeroom and good size bedroom and with a lovely terrace accessed from the bedroom and living room
All of the entertainment was in French. We got the just of what was going on but we couldn't take part in anything.
Our rooms had no air conditioning (which we knew) but there wasn't even a fan to keep you cool of a night time.
They could do with fly nets or covers for the afternoon snacks etc.
Rooms were basic and could do with a little maintenance but the beds were comfy.

Staff, food, room and location were great. Animation crew was very nice.
The place could use a little renovation and it would be great if animation would be also in english or spanish not only in french.

lovely village style hotel with 2 good pools and spacious rooms.
All the entertainment was in French with no translation for other nationalities. Furniture in rooms needs updating.

Food was delicious every time.

Lovely Hotel not far from the main shopping area and a short walk to the beach. Buffet style meals were good with plenty of choice. Bar service was good also with a good choice of drinks available.
Maid service could have been a bit better. Towels changed once during weeks stay and sheets not changed. Not a real problem but unusual. Beds were not made up when the Maid cleaned the room which just seemed to be to empty the bins. Not a real problem but a bit of a surprise

Food was really nice we enjoyed. Staff was really nice polite and friendly 😊 The best water in the shower was in the morning later a bit colder but was fine. Tables, sunbeds was ok. Pool was nice and clean. Very good drinks in the bar. Blondie women from TUI International kids club only she speak English. She was very nice and very friendly make us little one a lot of fun.
Everything in French. French club for kids only. No understand completely English. Evening shows only French. Playground for kids old and dangerous, broken parts. Room was not really clean, lot of dust, my daughter was coughing a lot.

Superb value to money. Family of 4, 5 nights. All inclusive. You cant get more to be done for 500E.
One heated pool
Tennis courts
Close to local market El Campanario where you can get some real coffee for 1.5
Lunch and dinner were fine for price. If you expecting more try once or twice Cofradia, La Playita or Los Compadres down town.
Fridge in room, kitchenette
Comfy single beds
Before you book this hotel check prices in 5 star Sheraton, if you can afford it, take Sheraton. If not, take Oasis Village and do not write comments about boring food, activities in French and enjoy your holidays.
English breakfast to improve. Cold tomatoes, cooked not fried mushrooms.
Continental was fine.
Billard and other games not working
Kids playground

The internet in a room works only from time to time and you have to pay for this some crazy money especially in times when internet is available everywhere.

I stayed as a solo traveller for four nights and thought it was ok! The food was ok, if you are any sort of a foodie this wouldn't be the place for you to be honest. I didn't enjoy the breakfast but lunch each day was fresh and nice. Each night had a different food theme but again it was just ok. I had no complaints because I was well fed and there was a selection of fresh food (salad items etc). Quality of the fresh fruit or fruit salads was poor as were the drinks but I didn't mind. The red wine was not drinkable!
It had a heated pool which I didn't use but that's certainly a bonus for families visiting in the cooler months (Dec/jan/Feb). The beds were surprisingly very comfortable and I did get a few good nights sleep. Staff I found very friendly at reception, pool bar and in the restaurant - that makes a huge difference when your served with a smile!
I'm still waiting on a response to my booking.com message - they don't respond well on the app. The apartment was very very basic (but clean), I do no not think I would stay with family/children. The hotel does have entertainment but as others have mentioned it is all for the French guests but I knew this before booking. I wouldn't reccomend apartment D1 as it was on a corner where everyone passed by and stayed to chat so I was woken up from sleep by singing guests after the bar closed or cats who were in heat and screaming 😂😂

Excellent price and quality ratio. If you want Everythong in the hotel ready for you, and you just want to tour the north of the island, then this is a great choice. Everything's close to you. The food is great, and the enjoyment of the pools. Beautiful nature in the garden. It's all very simple but very comfortable and clean. All the attractions of the north are close to you.
For the money you're paying, this is great!
There's no internet in the rooms, only in the lobby, and he's weak, too.

The pool area is well kept and the pool was heated which was great. Clean grounds. Staff all ok and polite.
The fact that ALL entertainment was in FRENCH. we were ignored by animation due to being English. Nighttime shows we're ALL in French and aimed at the French. Quite disappointed as our last visit we enjoyed every night of the animation teams efforts. It should be advertised as a French Hotel to give people the option

10 mins from town centre, rooms were very large as 4 adults in a room, food was very good especially the pool bar for lunch.
The entertainment was very poor, the animation team is French, they do not speak good English. When no French take part they then ask the English, they were friendly but we were too much hassle because of the language barrier.

We had a good time. Large clean facility. Friendly staff. We had also lost a baby carrier. we found at the reception.. They hadn't even opened it... I recommend it. Good price
Ho trovato qualche formica in camera. Puo capitare 😜

The food was always cold. And not a great selection.
Staff were rude. All the entertainment was in French.

NOTHING - In this day and age - to have pay for WiFi and to get a terrible wifi service once paid - only 1 x item and 1 x user at any one time - is totally unacceptable - especially as we had to pay for wifi - shocking. BEDS - were old and apartment needed updating - half the electric sockets didnt work - the toilet did not Flush properly unless you stood and kept your finger on the flush. Poor Poor Poor
Everything - The main thing was this was a Fully FRENCH speaking resort - English is 4th down the list with them and NOTHING is translated. All entertainment is in FRENCH - Why does Booking.com have this resort advertised on their website - it is FRENCH and they dont translate - 50% of the visitors were English tourists - with no translation - Kiddies club was all french speaking - what about all the english kids !!!! All Inclusive meals - was school canteen - slopped up - disgusting. Shocking -this should NOT be advertised on UK websites - or Let us know it is all Frency

All the staff were so very helpful and friendly and everything was clean and tidy. The all inclusive meals were great as well!
Other guests playing their music late at night and by the pool was a bit annoying and inconsiderate, but not the hotel's fault

the beds were very comfortable, friendly service nice atmosphere and great location
