schön

sehr gutes Frühstück (Platz im Frühstücksraum für 6 Personen war etwas eingeschränkt - speziell zu Stoßzeiten), super zentrale Lage, netter Innenhof zum Sitzen - auch am Abend für einen Schlummertrunk, überhaupt nettes Ambiente im Eingangs und Loungebereich

der Receptionist war etwas sehr schlecht informiert was zB Feiertage in Dänemark (Pfingsmontag) betrifft

En person i resepsjonen var sur. dårlig service. Ikke air condition. Ikke mulig å få noe mat fra resepsjonen. Dårlig når det var bord og stoler i patioen. Kunne ha servert noe mat. dårlg.

Great hotel in the centre of Copenhagen

We loved the location, breakfast and friendly staff :)

On the weekend we had to wait for the table because the breakfast room was full but gladly not for long:)

Ein freundliches zuvorkommendes Refugium zentral gelegen für einen wundervollen Aufenthalt

Sehr gepflegtes und liebevoll geführtes Hotel. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilft bei allen Angelehenheiten. Das Zimmer (Deluxe Doppel) ist angenehm groß und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad mit Fußbodenheizung rundet alles ab. Das Frühstück war allumfassend und köstlich.

Kleinigkeiten und auf hohem Niveau: Der Fernsehempfang war stark wechselhaft bis nicht vorhanden, ein Stuhl verschwand aus dem Zimmer nach dem Zimmerservice und einmalig war ein Handtuch fleckig.

It was very good.

First of all the staff was very helpful especially Alexander was a great help for us. The hotel was very close to train station which is a big plus for us. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the restaurant was always very kind to us. The hotel’s lobby was very cosy and comfortable. We’ve had a great time. Thank you.

Hôtel pas au niveau du prix de la nuit !

Le buffet petit déjeuner varié et en quantité !

Personnel peu accueillant et pas souriant ! Le service en chambre ! ( 3 jours pour remplacer les tasses utilisées le premier soir , 2 jours pour l'aspirateur , un des deux flacons de savon vide et pas renouvelé ( idem pour papier toilettes et mouchoirs ) Prise de courant non sécurisée ( pas de couverture de protection ; câbles apparents !!!!!! )

Great hotel in central Copenhagen.

Nice welcome at check-in and they let us get into our room early. The room was nice although a little small. Nice bright bathroom with a good shower and opening windows. Central location less than 5 minutes walk from main central station. Fabulous buffet breakfast.

A bit more expensive than we usually pay for a room but it seems that hotel prices generally are quite high in Copenhagen.

Beautiful property with very comfortable rooms.

Beautiful room ! Accomodation is beautiful, well appointed and very very comfortable. Unfortunately our 2 night stay was reduced to a 12 hour stay due to airline issues, however the staff kindly allowed us to have a late checkout so we could at least spend a small amount of time enjoying our room. Bedding and bathroom facilities were fantastic!

A disaster. The worst value for money of any hotel I ever stayed (and I travel a lot).

The location is very central. Friendly staff.

My room was the size of a prison cell and had no air con - on one of the hottest days of the year. Impossible to find some sleep. Also because the bed was tiny (they put a children's bed into the room; a normally sized bed would not have fit into the room).

The wrong room.

A nice central but quiet location . A nice spacious hotel A good buffet breakfast. Reception staff always available and helpful

Booked a twin bed, got a double. Had to stay in the double for the first night of a 3 night stay. The hotel reception said they hadn't received the twin room information. The room we paid for was a superior twin. The coffee maker is a kettle Any toiletries, slippers, robe etc apart from fixed to the bathroom wall liquid soap dispensers had to be requested. We didn't bother as we had already spent time sorting out the change of room.

Good value for money

Lovely staff, easy check in and great value for money. Really good breakfast with plenty of options. The hotel itself is well decorated and clean, the size of the room and bathroom was good and the facilities good too. We rented bicycles for the day from the hotel which was well worth it and reasonably priced. I would recommend this location as it is close enough to most of the major attractions but still about a 20 minute walk.

Open shelving cupboard in bedroom was dusty upon arrival, towels were clean but could use replacing as they were worn around the edges.

Great city break in Copenhagen

Location was very good, close to centre and train station. Room was big enough and bathroom was excellent - heated floor is a huge plus. Breakfasts were good enough even though the area was crowded on some days.

WiFi was weak and not realiable. Also the TV in the room was not connected to network.

We were very positive surprised. This was a very good place to stay. The room was big enough for two. We as mother and son had seperate beds. The hotel is very near the central station so the transfer to the airport takes only 15 minutes. Much cheaper and faster then a taxi. The breakfast buffet was large and had everything you need. It is also on walging distance to the center. Or you can take the bike which is parked in front of the hotel. We could leave our luggage in a locked room.

perfect location and very good breakfast

Perfect location coz its near the train station and bus station. We enjoyed the daily breakfast. Friendly and accomodating hotel staff too especially at the coffee shop.

beds are too small. The room we had is ideal only for 2 adults, We are a family of 3 adults. My adult son slept on a very narrow sofa bed wherein he wasnt able to move comfortably. There were no slippers too and other amenities like toothbrush and robes.

Nice athmospere, good breakfast, reasonable prices

Hotel itself has a very nice athmospere/design, beiing in an old building. Breakfast very good. Parking in the streets around the hotel is free of charge after 20.00 hrs so since we were out most of the day, was cheaper to pay just the few hours instead of the 24 h fee in the parking hosue the hotel has a deal with. The walk to the center takes about 15 minutes. In the direct area there is a stripclub (next door) and a wine bar that is quite nice and also offers meals.

The beds are extremely soft, a bit too soft to my liking - the pillows seemed okay if you used one, but then after 10 mins it was like it deflated, became very flat, and when you would put another one on top, it was just too high. Also the downside of this being an old hotel, is that the noise isolation is very limited so you can hear your neighbours cough and snore.
