I absolutely love this place!

The garden is magnificent! And right on the beach ! I have stayed there twice

I think I would like to see more comfortable seating chairs or put weatherproof cushions on wooden chairs/rocking chairs.

Buena ubicación pero no muy cómodo

La ubicación y la cortesía del desayuno en el bar de playa

Estaba sucio y se ve muy viejo. Las instalaciones están viejas. Camas incómodas. Una vez has reservado y pagado te pedirán una fianza de 3000 pesos, no hay info de esto hasta que haces la reserva y has pagado. El dinero quedará retenido un mes aprox. Me parece medieval y más en un hotel con instalaciones tan viejas. No hay hamacas gratis en la playa.

I would rather stay on the next door hotel next time

It was only couple steps from the most beautiful beach.

Breakfast was only a toast and coffee. Full meal are for purchase. Main floor room doesn’t have any view. Old TV, with channels. No WiFi. Poor customer service.

Schönes kleines Hotel mit idyllischem Innenhof mit Pool Nur wenige Meter vom wunderschönen Strand entfernt. Morgens gibt es einen gratis Kaffee bis 11 Uhr im zugehörigen Cafe direkt am Strand. Außerdem den ganzen Tag gratis Wasser im Hotel.

Das Wasser der Duschen wurde nur lauwarm.

Great location, Lovely staff!

Location is great because it's next to the beach. Nice having the drinking water on the hallway :) Restaurants are close by Air conditioner worked great! Great to have the golf car rental at the hotel. Liked the swimming pool!

Shower head didn't work in both our rooms. Didn't look like it was something major to fix but it would have made a difference for us, you need to shower on a hot day. Staff was very nice when you could get them, they stayed behind the wall, they were probably busy but they don't stay long at the counter (probably air conditioned behind the counter)

Ideal location for the beach and nightlife on Isla Mujeres.

The balcony furniture is outdated however for a beach front hotel I honestly wouldn’t expect anything more.

Great location, horrible hotel...

The beach is perfect. Best beach on the island. Hands down that was perfection and probably my fave beach worldwide. Location was a minute or less. That was great too. The room was big but there was no storage for clothes and the air conditioner was broken. There was a fan set up in the room that helped, but that was awful as it is very hot and humid all day and night.

Broken air conditioner. Lots of mosquitos and nothing to spray. Other restaurants and hotels offered guests spray so that they could enjoy the evenings outside. WiFi was limited to courtyard, none of the rooms had WiFi it was awful. The TV was tiny and flickered. No worries, I'll watch Netflix, oh wait no internet. The pool was green and had algae growing in it. It was filthy with a film of grease floating on the surface. This attracted even more bugs. They do not offer beach chairs or umbrellas for guests, you have to pay around $30 for 2 chairs and one umbrella, which closes around 5, so if you intent to hang out at the beach later than 5, be prepared.

Unfriendly and arrogant staff, poor room cleaning, terribile shower and "for mistake" the gave back the deposit to another card - I was lucky enough to check the last digits and recognized they were not mine.. Definetely NOT worth 200 usa dollars spent

Memorable...I dream of returning.

The gardens surrounding the room and the proximity to Playa Norte were what made this stay wonderful.

That they were working on the pool and that the breakfast was only toast and coffee.

the location is very nice. We would have appreciated a little more information about towels,beach umbrellas and how the Cabanas had its own private access to the beach instead of using the front entrance and the street.

Not enough light in the room to read. Not being able to put toilet paper in the toilet was not nice.

Location was amazing.

The bathroom door was so warped and falling apart that we could not fully close it. The toilet did not flush very well and the antique plunger made more of a mess than help.

Great location - perfect for beach days

I’ve stayed here three times now - it’s location is superb and price is good. it’s right by the beach and a very short walk to town so you really dons need a lot of facilities. The Garden next door is excellent for breakfast and lunch too. It’s a little outdated but doesn’t really matter as you’ll spend all of your time outside other than to sleep
