Very nice hotel. With Well equipped rooms self contained flats too. Great location to town.

Really nice rooms and location was great. Didn’t eat there but had a good night as the room as well equipped and had cooking facilities too. Very nice rooms with en-suite too. Breakfast area was very nice too.

If you wanted cooked breakfast you needed to pay more.

Gorgeous hotel, centrally located with free car parking

Great location. Free parking right next to the hotel was fabulous. Only one flight of stairs to take our bags to. (Grade 2 heritage building so no lift) Ice bucket with ice provided if needed- no fridge in the room. Great continental breakfast

Opening windows allowed good airflow in, as no air conditioning in room, however restaurant kitchen extraction system below us. This ran from 6:30am til 9pm so some kitchen smells and extraction fan noise - however not too difficult to live with. Have stayed in accommodation with similar room rate where a cooked breakfast was included

Lovely stay

Location was perfect, right in the centre of town for dinner and drinks but only a short drive to the nearest beach. Room was very clean and coffer and biscuits were replenished! Dinner was amazing, and staff friendly. Had a lovely time :)

Ideally located

Ideal location for an event at Hall for Cornwall, exploring Truro and that part of the County. Lovely old building with comfortable rooms and bed. The Hotel provides private parking in City Centre. Nice bar/ restaurant

No lift so need to use several flights of stairs for upper rooms.

The room although small was perfectly suitable for our needs.

The bed, was 2 mattresses zipped together with 2 quilts on top and then the bottom sheet, making it extremely soft and uncomfortable!

Very well maintained , very clean & tidy Lovely resturant / bar .

We were on too floor , heating /air con in the ceiling , no control over temperature unless you phone reception . Lift would have been nice .

Brilliant for that spontaneous break in a lovely city

Position and access was excellent, right where we wanted to be. Nice apartment, clean and well equipped. Will be back again - perfect for an easy city break.

Honestly struggling for a negative - OK the fridge was incredibly noisy!

great hotel ,friendly staff & would rebook again .

Mannings is located perfectly within Truro ,easy parking & very friendly staff especially reception & Restaurant teams.Without question I would recommend Mannings to friends & family & hope to visit again in the future.

Room 25 overlooked the Kitchen extractor fans which we're noisy & as it was warm I had no choice but to open my window.i was offered a alternative room ,however this was extremely warm & not suitable as I the Loft area.Mannings handled my request very well and as promised the fan was switched off from 9pm-6am.

Exceptional

The staff were really friendly. The continental breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. It was great that there is a cooked menu available to at an extra charge but this was not needed. The location was very central- allows you to visit Truro but the bus station is a stones throw away and you can explore further afield at a low cost. The car park is also a bonus! Fabulous stay- will be back!

We enjoyed our time at the Mannings Hotel and would probably return.

Breakfast - continental buffet - was excellent Staff - were unfailingly kind and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble Location - excellent - could not have been more convenient for all amenities - bus station, shops, bars and restaurants Room - see below but staff left us a fan (without us asking) for the last day to keep us cool

Room was stuffy and window did not open. Staff left curtains open so room was hot when we returned to it. Generally the hotel was in need of some modernisation and tlc inside and outside.

Improved parking directions would be useful as ended up parking in local car park due to unclear entrance/access.

Very much enjoyed the stay ;good room ,good staff ,good breakfast and good location.

Very pleasant comfortable room. Breakfast with wide choice ,staff very helpful and friendly.

Really enjoyed the stay no problems at all. Will point out that the rooms on the top floors are up three flights of stairs so possibly would not suit some guests .

Excellent location. Comfy bed and clean room. Attentive staff.

Room got very warm (no air con) and because of central location was noisy if the window open. Cooked breakfast extra, and pricey considering cost of room.
