The peaceful bush setting with birdsong and perfect place to relax and wind down. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant and well appointed rooms with balcony and views of the native bush.

The deck was nice to sit on in the afternoon. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The bathroom and shower was lovely.
The room was a tiny space with a drop down bed for sleeping. It was not comfortable. There was no oven in the kitchen - I was told there would be an oven.
Very expensive accomadation for below standard room.

Food was excellent - service was outstanding.
The little touch with the bottle of wine for our anniversary was lovely and very much appreciated. We would highly recommend this resort.

My wife and I spent a night at the resort with a couple of friends and we loved this place.
We enjoyed the warmed up pool, sauna and hot tub at the sunset. We also had a delicious dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast was delicious too.
The room was spacious and clean. The warmed floor ion the bathroom was the cherry on top :)
nothing in particular

Staff: Rajat was a phenomenal! He brought our stay from an A to an A+. Extremely attentive, helpful, kind and friendly. All the staff were fantastic but Rajat is another level. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

It’s absolutely a getaway with peace and quiet. Pretty well maintained - very clean! Surrounding could be improved.
Outdoor lightings. Prefer more lighting to be able to enjoy the walk to the rooms.

The chalet type accommodation amongst the trees and the food.
Cars had to be left in the main car park so dropping off and picking up luggage was a bit tricky.

Very idyllic and relaxing atmosphere.

Very cozy resort, excellent customer service. It would be great to stay here only when it's NOT raining and the weather is sunny and beautiful.
Although the room is cozy unfortunately the noise on the roof is unbearable due to the pouring rain overnight. It would be great if they have a sound proofing on the roof as it will be hard to get a good night sleep when it's raining heavily. We barely slept as all we can hear is the loud noise of the pouring rain hitting the roof. I recommend staying here only on a good weather.

Nice tranquil location surrounded by nature. Staff was very nice. Even though breakfast staff understaffed, they were very friendly and catered well for guests inquiries. The restaurant dinners were amazing. I also loved the fireplace in the middle of the restaurant creating a cosy warm atmosphere.
Would be nice to get a bath robe for going to the pool/spa as quite cold during winter months.
Also you can consider changing the specials on the menu every day (e.g fish of the day, curry of the day).

Beautiful and unique location, fantastic staff who looked after us well. Chalet style room that was simply beautiful. Under floor heating in the bathroom was a nice touch too! Quiet, peaceful surroundings. Restaurant meal was high quality. Everything was perfect.

Unfortunately only a 1 night stay in this great chalet tucked into a forest setting. Need several nights to fully enjoy it.
Good sized room with full facilities and windows on two sides to enjoy the forests and vegetation right up to the chalet.
