Third floor is a little smelly and the bathroom was a bit tired. Needs an update / deep clean

A lovely time in a good located hotel with nice facilities.

We loved the pool, very needed in the recent heat. Breakfast is very good too. And the view from the breakfast area. Very nice and kind staff.

Nn mi è piaciuta la reception soprattutto una dello staff poco accogliente e nn si sforzava di capire chi nn parla francese ....doverebbero parlare più lingue visto che fanno questo lavoro anche perché le lingue le parlano dappertutto...supermercati e via dicendo

Superb

The city was ideally located in close proximity to Vieux port, you had views over the port. It was a tranquil spot close to the city centre.

Rooms are outdated in comparison to the rest of the hotel.

The hotel is in dire need of a refurb. Communal areas including most furniture has not changed since my last visit circa 2010. Everything looks worn out. Also room wasn’t really clean. I checked under sofa bed to see if I had dropped something and there was a dirty old ear plug and dust fluff disgusting

Good location, 15 minutes to the old port. Friendly, helpful receptionist. Room cleaning every day. Underground parking available.

Great location for tourists and demonstrators

Helpful staff, great underground parking, great location, epic petit dejeuner with a view of the old harbor.

Room was a little too modern, lots of hard surfaces, not much charm. We planned on visiting the town, but les manifestations were right outside the hotel, so we just hit the road--Marseille, un autre jour.

Novotel is a great hotel in Marseille

Room was excellent large, bathroom also nice and big. Breakfast had choice for buffet or small breakfast at the bar. Hotel also had its own parking garage.

Good hotel and convenient location to stay in Marseille.

Very nice location overlooking the port. Rooms are clean and staff are helpful.

Air conditioning was not working properly. Room was very warm.

Had a great stay, and as mentioned the restaurant was exceptional!

We loved our evening meal in the restaurant, the staff and the food were just great! The hotel location is great being just enough away from the mayhem of the main port, it's like an oasis after some time in the bustle of Marseille.

I would have picked a better room if I could, though it served its purpose well.

Nice stay but hot room

Good location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast

Room was very hot and air conditioning seemed ineffective at cooling it down. We had mixed responses about cost of the car park. One receptionist said we had to insert our ticket and pay, a second said we had to insert our ticket and not pay but a third said that we needed a separate ticket to allow us free exit. Quite costly to park so glad we enquired several times!
