Séjour bien desservi par des restaurants et activités.

L'accueil est top, les draps propres, c'est calme et on a des remises sur les restaurants.

L'eau du robinet au petit déjeuner, lorsque j'ai demandé de l'eau pour ma fille. Faites un effort, alors que vous avez le centre commercial carrefour Mondeville pour acheter de l'eau minérale. Ça m'a beaucoup énervé !!! À part l'eau du robinet, rien à dire. J'ai passé un bon séjour avec ma fille.

Ok for a last minute stay

Convenient for a quick cheap stay. The staff was absolutely amazing, very helpful and polite.

The bed sheets had a horrible smell!

it was literally somewhere to sleep for one night, that’s all

Passable

We stayed here for two nights, one night on the way down south and then one night on the way back up again. The first night we had no issues, we got what we paid for, clean and comfortable, just what we needed for a stop over. On our second night we were in a different room, which smelt really badly of cigarette smoke. We asked to be moved but it was fully booked so had to put up with it. The lady who was on reception when we asked to move was so lovely but there was nothing she could do.

Location

To thin walls. I understand this is budget hotel but price compering to offer is to high. I did mistake booking this one opposite to other that was 10 eur more expensive. No toilet brush and pillows so small. If it was 20 percent of the cheaper all this would be expected and no negative review would be needed.

commercial vehicles parked near to our room had engines running most of the afternoon n evening of our stay - refrigerators perhaps?? staff very helpful and intervened so we had a quiet night n peaceful sleep! staff great n helpful

Ferry stopover

Excellent value. Great location next to bars and restaurants. Close to ferry port.

The automated checkin after 9pm is awful. Someone on reception would have made such a difference.

Adequate facilities for what i needed

You get what you pay for..Its adequate for a short stay..not a Holiday place... Plenty of facilities nearby such as shopping & Restuarants, all within easy walking distance....Premiere Classe Hotels are, what they are..they allow you a reasonable night or two at a reasonable price

Trying to find the place without access to a GPS was a little difficult, but that was just down to me being on a Motorbike without one

The room was clean, tidy and had all facilities that was needed, especially air con. It was on the small side, but as we were only staying 1 night this wasn't an issue.
