Friendly gentlemen on front deck with his lovely dog and cat 🥰 fast checking. Comfortable room but very small, heating was lovely and warm, beds comfortable was on floor one. Fast food places near by. Cheap rooms get what you pay for £40. Shower was good steam one.
Small rooms.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable and the location was excellent.
The floor needed cleaning.

Easy to find hotel.
They had given one of our two booked rooms away to other guests before we arrived, even though they knew we would have a late check-in. We had to squeeze into one room. Shower rail was broken so had to hold shower with one hand to use it. There were insects all over the room.

Absolutely nothing!
I could not get into the hotel because the machine was out of order and the staff had decided to just clear off home and let their customers sleep in the cold.
I banged on every door in the reception area but no one was there. They’d gone for the night - knowing that the *only* way guests could access their rooms was via a broken machine.
Disgraceful.
I request a complete refund immediately.
I had to go to Ibis ( in the same area) where I had to pay double.
I’d driven from Somerset via Eurotunnel and at 23.00 just wanted to get to bed. I had my dog with me too. I finally found a room at nearly 01.00. Thanks for nothing Premiereclasse. Not even third class. Long way to go. Used to be really good and have used many times before in the early noughties.
Never again.

a little noisy

Rooms were small but clean and functional for an overnight stop. Breakfast was a self-serve continental breakfast with regular replenishment.
The bathroom was very small, the shower curtain stuck to you whilst trying to use it. But the water pressure was good and the water was hot.
1.0
booking in
noisy ground floor poor handle on door and poor shower water and conrolls
8.0
room was pleasent, it had everything you would need on a one night stop over.
Beds where clean and confy
The room has once been a smoking room and even though its probably ben a while it still had a smell about it.
8.0
just very friendly staff and not a bad location as a stop off
No facilities in room like tea coffee etc but that was it just something minimal..
4.0
low price
airconditioning didn’t work, terrible smells, check-in machine was broken. I recently had a good experience in another hotel from this chain but this branch didn’t meet my minimum requirements

Rooms were not clean. Bathrooms were stinky. Lots of noise in the night with people drinking and talking loudly. Definitely won't recommend for families. Also area seemed dodgy esp at night. The rates were cheap but I would personally spend €40 more per night and stay somewhere nicer.

Everything in the room smells cigarrettes, disgusting

Location, small room very cramped,
Didn't stay in the end. Left and found somewhere else

The facilities, cleanliness and staff were all good. Our first impressions on arrival were very positive and we were looking forward to a good night's sleep.
NOISE.
I had one of the worst night's sleep away ever.
It started at around 10pm when the couple in the next room had a 2 half hour long blazing row. They finally shut up at just gone midnight ...... but from just before 4am, a succession of rooms left, all very noisily. Each time there was slamming doors ( room and vehicles), and loud talking. Between 4am and 7am, at least five groups of people left the motel .... none limiting the noise that they made.
By the time that our alarm went off at 7.30am for a 6 hour drive homeward back to the UK, we were feeling frazzled and drained.
There is an airport at Rouen, and I can only assume that the people were leaving to catch flights.
We would never consider staying at this location again.
The motel company could help guests by clearly positioning posters around the motel, reminding them to be considerate of other guests.
10.0
Cheap and clean
No shower head holder
7.0
Easy to reach by car, free parking, good value for money. Parking was visible from the window. Internet was quite okay and free of charge.
Thin walls, quite some noise from the road nearby, far from the centre.
