We loved everything but the highlight of the stay are their staff, when I say staff i mean every single one. From the reception to the housekeeping, everyone was kind and smiling, helpful and professional. We loved the restaurant and the fact we can eat anytime we want. The spa treatments are excellent. We highly recommend it :)

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was a wide range of food for breakfast - I particularly liked the "fry your own egg" facility…
Our stay was in mid-September, so the hotel was very quiet between the summer and winter peaks, so most hospitality areas were empty of other people.

A very welcoming staff. Tess was extremely efficient. She gave us excellent advice for hikes and restaurants in the city. And she was super friendly. We really were well treated.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was well located for walking into the centre of town and there was plenty of free parking next door. The views from both sides of the hotel were lovely. Breakfast was superb and well worth the fairly high price. There was a well equipped area in the main garage with bike hands, track pump and a large tool chest.
The bike area was in a corner of the main garage near the entrance and there wasn't anything to lock bikes to. My husband ended up attaching his to his bike box and the tool chest each night for a bit more security.

Almost everything: staff, bed, room comfort, plenty of free parking, good breakfast
The price, although agrred to and prepaid it seems a little too high as the peak season hasn't begun yet.

breakfast buffet was great with plenty to choose from
the bar area in the evening was nice by the fire. Service was good and the hotel ambience is nice
Hotel is in a great location for skiing and right beside and connected to the thermal spa which was fantastic after a day in the mountain!
The pool area was small and had a strange smell, there isn't anywhere to lounge. However the thermal spa is next door, so we bought a pass and enjoyed it over there.

staff were excellent, the bar area by the fire is a few treat. The service and quality of food in the restaurant was very good.
A heads up for people hoping to use the pool/spa/sauna. We were very disappointed to discover that there is a strict policy on swimwear. Only speedos for men (no shorts at all) and swimming suits for ladies (no bikinis). One of the main reasons we booked the hotel was to use these facilities.

The food is excellent, both breakfast and dinner. The hospitality of the staff. Very close to the Telecabine. Easy access to Sensoria Rio.
All was great.

The location was great !
We like the spa and the swimming pool !

Nice added bonus as I didn't realise that as part of my booking I had access to sauna & hammam in the spa next door
However the actual sauna & spa where underwhelming, not up to the excellent standards of the hotel itself

Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Stunning location and great food, recommend all guests eat in the restaurant at least once during their stay
Couldn't control the temperature in your room but it didn't spoil our stay
