Location. Room adequate for our needs. Staff superb.

Great location.
Bathroom a bit small
7.0
Very good location
Specifically booked a hotel with parking but when we arrived it had a height restriction and because we had a roof box we were unable to access. This should be mentioned somewhere in the hotel’s description.

Reception staff very helpful.
Location was close to historical sites.
Better signage needed to direct car to hotel drop off.
10.0
Location was great. The staff was extremely helpful, recommended a great restaurant in the area for dinner, and called to make the reservation.
Nothing was bad.
8.0
Great central location with comfortable room and convenient parking
Very indifferent staff and poor customer service. I was overcharged but the manager did sort things out and he at least was very good
7.0
The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly. The beds were decently comfortable. The hotel felt safe.
Otherwise, it's a very basic level hotel. We were comfortable and it was clean enough, but there wasn't anything really special about the actual hotel outside of staff and location.
The parking garage is dirty and difficult to navigate. The breakfast is really bad. The hotel is in need of some remodeling.

A bit run down breakfast could have been better.

Very easy to park in car park directly under the hotel. Well sign posted. Hotel offered 20% discount on parking making it €15.
One night stopover on drive back to UK.
Check in was smooth. The double room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. Free water fountain in the corridor and tea/ coffee in the room.
Central location minutes walk from the Palais and park and restaurants.
Even though we didn't stay 24hrs charged for entire period €19.
When joining hotel Wifi Google prompted me to change my password due to risky connection.

Great location and nice restaurant serving good meals. Good Breakfast.
Car Park entrance up to 1.8 height vehicle. Our minivan is 1.9m and we need to park nearby car park. No assistance to give hand to move luggage.

We made a last minute booking due to our flight home being cancelled. We arrived after a stressful hour of rearranging travel plans and really appreciated the calm, friendly, efficient check in.
The adjoining carpark felt very safe, easy, well priced, and great that you can leave the car there after checkout and still get the hotel discount on the entire stay. Lots of charging points for electric cars too.
Super comfy beds!
Amazing location, really quiet but only few mins walk to main square.
Decor is very tired. Bathroom was tiny. It was perfect as a stopover, not sure I'd choose it for a holiday base.

Its central location. Secure parking.
The journey from the carpark to the hotel. Too many stairs.

Staff were not very friendly/welcoming, no water provided in the room, smell of damp in the hotel corridors.

We arrived on Saturday to be told restaurant was booked out and that the Restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday, room service was available but very limited .

close to city center and popes place
A/C was inadequate for the heat and humidity
7.0
Hotel was central to everything, good sized room and good breakfast
Very difficult to access hotel from the carpark with luggage, could involve long walks.

I found this hotel to be very pleasant, welcoming and comfortable, contrary to some "horror story" reviews floating around from disgruntled guests. The rooms are standard Mercure/Accor hotel style, WiFi was fast, staff good. Very quiet at night - a must for a sensitive sleeper like me! Breakfast particularly nice buffet & enjoyed the little outdoor area for dining. Unbeatable location for palais des papes and the Pont d'Avignon.
Some of the decor & furnishings really need upgrading, carpets, wallpapers etc, would breathe "new life" to the place. There *is* an unpleasant smell at one entrance although I feel this is a side effect of being built practically onto the side of the popes palace - old drains.
Had a slight issue with my booking being changed due to misunderstanding with booking.com; can I please ask for some better communication/training about managing bookings without engaging the customer first :-)
