Best place .Will stay same place.

My family liked the place and people

Should be lenient with the check out timings. Was charged for 4 hours which left a bitter taste for a otherwise very good place and facilities. We arrived late hence requested for late cjeck.out but was charged.

Voor een lange tussenstop prima om een poosje te kunnen slapen en douchen

Dit hotel gebruikt tijdens een lange tussenstop. Transfer verliep soepel. We hadden een 4 pers kamer, die was ruim genoeg voor een korte nacht.

Op de gang stonk het naar sigarettenrook. Douchen in bad, opletten want het water stroomde overal naartoe.

مواقف السيارات ضيقة وغير متوفرة بالشكل المطلوب ودورة المياه تحتاج لتطوير وتجديد كذلك لايوجد نافذة للتهوية بالصالة

عدم توفر مواقف سيارات كافيه للنزلاء والدخول للتنظيف اثناء خروجنا من الشقة رغم عدم طلبنا ذلك ، وعدم وجود اللافته المخصصة لطلب النظافة او عدم الازعاج في الشقة

Room is spacious Staff is helpful and friendly

اول مرة ازور الدوحة ، اربع ليالي جميلة لن انساها

الافطار جيد الموقع قريب من وسط البلدة

عدة ملاحظات اعتبرها بسيطة ولكنها مؤثرة جدا لدى العميل واستغرب من الفندق انه لم يعالجها 1- وجود صندوق في الجدار يعيق ادخال بطاقة فتح الكهرباء في الغرفة 2- كرسي الحمام محشور في زاوية يعصب على البدين استخدامها 3- تراكم الماء في زاوية ارض الحمام بسبب اخطاء في تركيب السيراميك 4- خلاط المغسلة صغير جدا غير مناسب للمغسلة 5- مشكلة مواقف السيارات وصعوبة انزال السيارة للبدروم تحتاج شخص محترف في القيادة

So greatful for staff helpfulness and flexibility.

Very accomodating and helpful staff! We asked for an early check in and they were fantastic. Checked in 6 hours before usual check in time!

There was some water leaking in bathroom.

The property was generally comfortable and the location was quiet not crowded. There were some great facilities for example a washer/dryer in the room and a microwave. Nice receptionist named Ariane who worked hard to fulfill our needs.

The fact I had to ask many times for multiple things. Also at times, the housekeeping wouldn’t clean the apartment properly. It was very annoying they would end housekeeping at 4pm. I was told this multiple times by different staff members. The property also advertises extra beds(which I requested for in advanced), when in actuality they use the couch cushions in the living room of the apartment as a bed. Only covering it with a bed sheet. I took the cushion they covered in the living room as an extra bed for my son in the bed room. We were left with a wooden stump to sit on as a couch. I asked over and over to give me just another cushion so that we would be comfortable however they informed me they have no extra cushions as the inventory was equal to the amount of rooms the have. I also requested for a high chair for my son in my room weeks before my arrival and they responded with “well noted”. After arriving, I was told they don’t have any for the rooms. I asked for a high chair for my son at breakfast and was immediately told they don’t have any. However after insisting and fighting for it, they mentioned it will come in 10 minutes. I am not sure as to why it was difficult to get things we requested in advanced. If it wasn’t for the receptionist named Ariane who showed great professionalism and hospitality, I would be giving a lower rating to this property. In other words thank Ms. Ariane.

Very nice apartment with great rooms. Apartment was great equipped (with washing mashine...) Great for short and long staying. I would fully recommend.

Hotel is situated in older part of Doha, but as we wanted person from reception called us cheap taxi.

It has a good kitchen and the room was spacious.

We heard noise coming from the hallway and outside so easily. The floor of the room was not completely cleansed.

amazing staff

hi I am really so so happy specially with staff , the help deck staff miss bushra , miss Ariane and mr shenwood bwaria they are amazing , my check in time was 2pm but they arrange my room around 8am. also they are so friendly and help me for every single thing, hotel rooms are clean and very comfortable, price is so so good, I will visit them again and again ,

Worse parking lot experience ever

Spacious room.

If you have a problem with confined space, I do not recommend to live here. Their parking lot was the worst parking lot experience in my life. I can't describe it. The bed was not comfortable.

They should allow visitors. We were not notified about visitors not being allowed.

The room is very spacious and all amenities are available (except for the hair dryer we have to request for it). House cleaning was done everyday. Hotel location is very accessible.

They do not allow visitors even it is the same gender.
