Zentral aber abgewohnt

Das Frühstück und das Personal war supernett. Ausserdem konnte man direkt am Hotel kostenlos parken

Es war schmuddelig, speckige cremefarbene Sessel im Zimmer, die ihre besten Tage seit Jahren hinter sich haben

Good location, close to the city centre. The room is clean.

We lived on the top floor, where sound isolation was terrible. We could hear the music and talks from the room next to us. I was awakened every morning by doors clapping. The bed and pillows are not very comfy.

Good location for the City centre and station.

Well located for the train station. Short walk into Lubeck. Room was quiet. The single room was quite small but more than adequate. Bed was comfortable and the shower facilities were fine. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. The stay as a whole was very good value.

Everything was fine.

Perfect hotel to enjoy local Lübeck.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable room. I arrived by train and it was just a 5 minute walk around the corner to the hotel. I checked in and received help to carry my luggage upstairs. I admired my beautiful view behind the hotel from my window. Then I walked about 10 minutes to explore the town and had a lovely dinner near the water. I had a quiet German style breakfast at the hotel the next day and then headed out to explore the town. After some shopping and lunch, I returned to the hotel for a comfortable nap. Then I headed out for dinner near the water. I would definitely return.

The girl on reception was friendly and checked us in early. Another staff member, a man, was also really friendly and recommended a nearby restaurant ( an old fire station ) which was very good. Very convenient for buses & trains

Great location but bathroom facilities not great

Great location beside train station. Young lady on reception very friendly and welcoming. Bed comfortable.

Hairdryer in bathroom didn't work and when asked about getting hairdryer from reception, was told to return in 3 hrs and ask other staff member! Very poor toiletries provided - 2 very small sachets of poor quality body wash/shampoo for 2 people for 3 nights.

Superb

We had a very good sleep at night throughout the stay. Location-wise the hotel is conveniently between the HBF/ZOB and alt stadt. You can reach both by foot fairly fast.

Great business stay of 2 days

Very nice staff, perfect location if you come by public transport. Bus station right in front and train station 2 minutes away. My room had a good size, it was calm and I could sleep well. Wifi worked perfectly. I do not see anything negative about this place.

Good value for money.

Perfect location if you come by train. Close to the city; a 5-minute walk to the Holstentor, where you enter the old town.

Breakfast only starts at 8 o'clock. If you have an early departure you have to buy your breakfast elsewhere. But there are good options at the railway station.

Very practical location near the station, with extra helpful staff!

The hotel is very well situated just opposite the main train/bus station - very convenient! And not far from the centre either. It is particularly suitable for an overnight stay. The staff were extremely friendly and more than willing to help me out with a problem with my bus ticket.
