It was a relaxing journey, and I can say it was quite a brief holiday.

I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which was delightful. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the spa center was included in the price. This thoughtful addition greatly enhanced my experience and allowed me to enjoy a more relaxing journey. I made it a point to visit the spa center every day. The location is quite favorable, characterized by a vibrant and energetic atmosphere. You'll find a variety of renowned brands within easy reach for your shopping needs, and the main shopping district is conveniently located approximately a 35-minute walk from here.

The walls are relatively low and may benefit from improved sound insulation. I've witnessed some background noise coming from the adjacent rooms, both above and beside, which can be a bit distracting.

A clean hotel with a refreshing pool and sauna is excellently located to explore Milan

Excellent location right next to the Lima metro station makes it easy to explore Milan. Also, the neighborhood has Italian clothing stores that can offer great bargains, good cafes and restaurants, even excellent Italian food for affordable prices (try e.g. Alba D'Oro). Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Nice sauna and refreshing pool with warm water. Hotel service was very friendly and exceeded expectations! All in all, a pleasant experience.

Breakfast seemed ok, but not as rich and full of variety as we are used to seeing in quality Scandinavian hotels. We ate in the nearby places every morning and that turned out to be a good deal for us.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor citytrip of doortocht

Goede bedden, goede douche, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet in restaurantruimte op 6de verdiep, verzorgd en proper. Wij kozen dit hotel omwille van de metrohalte voor de deur en de makkelijke verbinding naar luchthaven (Linate) en centrum, alsook de omgeving: buurt Buenos Aires heeft vooral veel winkels, buurt Porta Venezia heeft leuke bars&resto’s.

Het hotel is inderdaad wat verouderd qua stijl maar wel verzorgd en gezellig. De getoonde foto’s zijn accuraat dus je kiest hiervoor of net niet.

Hard to rest when you overhear people from other rooms. Good breakfast, great location.

Great location, very clean hotel, nice staff, good room and bed, delicious breakfast with a lot of options. Sauna was really good.

The swimming pool was a bit dirty and the waterfalls in it didn’t work. The walls are like paper, I heard and understood every single word when people talked in the other room. I even woke up at night, because I heard them. I passed by a room to get my breakfast and I heard everything what people talked about in that room. That’s insane. When others close or shut their doors, the walls are almost moving and it’s impossible to take a good rest in the morning. I expected more from a four star hotel.

Clean, conveniently located, and very friendly staff!

The facilities were great - really whooped the spa, pool and gym access and rooms had a lot of features that made staying there very comfortable (clothesline in the bathroom, aircon, lifts)

The location while convenient and very close to the metro was at a very noisy street. We were being woken up multiple times a night by traffic and a A LOT of ambulance sirens constantly blaring.

OK but not worth it

Convenient location near metro station, shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Clean room.

Elevator was not working. There was another one on the other side of the building but it took much more time to get to the room and back. Noise in the room that was next to a staircase. Noise from the staircase woke me up every morning. Smart TV/ Google Chromecast not working. Staff said it cannot be fixed and didn't offer any solution. No towels or water dispenser in the spa. Had to go back to the main reception desk to get a towel. You can hear metro trains in the spa every five minutes which is not very relaxing. The pool might be good for kids but it's not great for swimming. The hotel is rather dated and requires thorough renovation.

Voyage éclair très agréable à Milan

Petit déjeuné très complet. Hôtel très bien situé, pas trop loin à pieds du centre touristique de Milan. Personnel très aimable et très bonne literie. SPA, Hammam, Jaccusi et piscine très agréable quand on rentre d'une journée de marche...Corso Buenos Aires avec de nombreux restaurants.

Ideale per soggiornare a Milano con comfort e sicurezza

Posizione centrale immediatamente sopra la stazione della metropolitana in zona shopping-comnerciale di Milano. Anche durante le ore notturne la zona è sicura e illuminata. Colazione continentale eccellente per qualità e varietà, anche perché l'hotel è dotato di ristorante, quindi il personale di cucina prepara anche per la colazione. Camera pulita, staff gentile, cordiale e disponibile.

Good Location, Great Breakfast!

Breakfast was very good. Love the choice of the food. Its located on the 6th floor and during breakfast you can see all around Milan. We order 2+2 room, room was good with balcony. Location is near central station area, For me its very good. Kids love nearest stores Like Ods and Tyger. Its good location, Metro in front.

Слышимость... снизу шумит метро, мы жили на 2м этаже. А соседи сверху, когда разговаривали, было ощущения, что они у нас в комнате сидят, очень громко. Спа маленький для такого большого отеля

Chambres très mal insonorisées on entendait tout ce qu'il se passait dans les chambres voisines, salle de petit-déjeuner très bruyante et trop de monde.

Excellent location & hotel

The location is just across the metro Lima. You can reach different points of interest in Milan. The hotel is clean, with good facilities. The SPA is small, but great. Totally recommend.

Certainement oui si le prix reste abordable.

L’emplacement, les installations, le petit déjeuner

Le personnel est tres attentif et fait toujours de son mieux, mais la plus part sont très jeunes et manquent cruellement d’expériences de comment traiter les gens (ils ne sont pas impolis, mais ils ne savent pas comment s’adresser aux personnes, donner des informations sans qu’on se sente comme si on exigeait une tache impossible).

Great stay, great service, comfy rooms.

Good food. Well laid out rooms. Very friendly staff. The terrace restaurant is very nice.

Our room was warm. We slept naked and it felt like a wet blanket. We set the thermostat to 18C but it felt much hotter. I think the living room window was open. My wife later told me there was a sign saying the thermostat would turn off if windows were open.

Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Bewachtes Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einige Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Rezeption leider relativ langwierig. Was beim Einchecken bei der Abendmannschaft schon mal geklärt wurde muss morgens beim Auschecken nochmals erklärt und geklärt werden, deshalb fast meinen Zug verpasst …

O Quarto tinha teias de aranha e cheirava a velho. Gostaria de ter sido mais elucidado em relação à piscina/spa/massagem, pois por vezes as pessoas vêm cansadas das viagens e não têm muita vontade em ler flyer ou ligar a tv...
