Week end perfetto

Pulitissimo, spazioso, centrale. Proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile, ci tornerei volentieri Abbiamo avuto anche la pulizia intermedia, che non mi aspettavo, quindi graditissima sorpresa

Ero stata informata che la colazione non era inclusa, quindi non è stata una sorpresa ma in ogni caso mi é mancata

Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir wieder nach Siena kommen!

Die Rezeption befand sich an einem anderen Ort als unser Zimmer. Die Organisation war aber super, die Abstimmung mit den netten Gastgebern per WhatsApp total unkompliziert. Neben einzelnen Gästezimmern gab es auch eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Die Lage war ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral. In der Innenstadt kann man nicht parken, weshalb man auf einen Fußmarsch mit Gepäck vom kostenpflichtigen Parkhaus zur Unterkunft vorbereitet sein sollte.

Great location, good facilities, unbeatable value for money

Amazing location Very clean Cute private garden

Nothing negative at all to say about the property, unbeatable value for money. Staff could do a better job at hosting: for example share tips/local knowledge: no map or recommendations were provided, even when asked repeatedly (caveat: saying “anywhere is good” when asked about where to go for food is not actionable advice) also, at no point was I informed that other people were staying at the flat and it was a very uncomfortable situation when someone entered the property while I was cooking dinner, completely unaware that at least another room in the flat was being used. Other than that, amazing stay in an amazing city, I would recommend.

Clean, spacious room. Excellent location in the centre of Siena. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

Sink separated from toilet/shower room, with nowhere to hang towels near sink. Shower/toilet room is cramped and floor was wet after showering.

Everything was perfect. The staff is super friendly, the bed is really comfy and the location is excellent. Also, everything is really clean.

Perfect room in line with the city

Location is peefect, styling and furniture are very cool, in theme with the city ! Service and facilities were perfect 👌

Only two little things, timer lamp in the bathroom too short so I ended up in the dark multiple time while showering, trying for it to see mee and turn on again 😂 The WiFi didn't work but I think it was due to a thunderstorm event previous days.

We had a lovely stay at B&B. The staff was really nice and welcoming. The location was great and quiet at night.

In the description, it says that there's fresh breakfast served every morning, however, there isn't.

Exceptional

Situated just before the heavier traffic streets, the accommodations met my needs. Easy walk to all the historical sites. Would be good for 3 friends requiring separate rooms and share fully equipped kitchen. Staff was funny and very helpful - even assisted in finding the best route to continue my journey, ordering a taxi and printed out my bus ticket. Would stay again.

A breakfast box and/or coffee maker would have enhanced the experience.

Great calm, spacious and clean stay. Good price-quality for the location. Very reccomended for the lonely traveler.

The going back and forth to the office to arrange for the keys + tourist tax. Upon arrival the office was closed during check-in time

Definitely returning back when in Siena

very nice room, in an old antique building, newly refurbished while keeping the authentic heritage elements super comfortable bed room and bathroom were very clean the toilet paper they provide is eco-friendly and the lights are autonomic saving energy perfect location in the heart of the historic Center Very good and friendly staff

only 3 very minor things: - shower head needs to be replaced because it’s not functioning well -after using the bathroom at the end of the day i found a small water leakage on the floor - the new refurbishments are good but from styling point of view; everything is matching but not the bed head and side tables, they are too modern and the room is vintage

Great stay in a lovely place

Great host, fine room with good beds and a good and clean bathroom. Location in the centre of the city is perfect.

Nothing really, only the light in the bathroom works on a sensor, so when you're in the shower the lights go out and you're standing in the dark.

good location but disappointing and not worth the money

the location is great and the woman at the reception is kind

The property looks much better on the photos. The room we initially got has a very bad smell in the bathroom. The staff kindly agreed to change the room. However, the property is not worth the price. You can find properties of the same standing for much less.
