Ha superado mis expectativas

La comida. No es el típico buffet a reventar de platos,pero los que hay están elaborados con mucho mimo y buenísimos. Creo que es de los mejores hoteles donde he comido. El trato del personal es ideal.

Es war super schön aber leider ist eine Reise mit dem Auto nicht zu empfehlen.

Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Außerdem waren die Betten sehr weich und komfortabel. Der Spa Bereich war super schön, entspannend und warm :)

Leider hat uns die Lage nahe dem Fußballplatz und die schlechte Parksituation nicht gut gefallen. Die Parkplätze des Hotels waren sogut wie nie reservierbar. Die Parkplätze in der Umgebung kosten pro Tag 35 €. Im Spa Packet war leider auch nur 1 Tag miteinbegriffen. Jeder weiter Tag kostet pro Person 15 €.

El spa fue lo que más nos gustó. Brutal. Precioso y súper relajante. Las habitaciones también estaban muy bien, muy bonitas, cómodas y limpias.

Los camareros del restaurante eran un poco bordes.

Good value for money

The hotel in general is rather good. The staff is rather helpful and friendly. The bus station is a five minute walk, so it's very convenient. The room was clean, may be it was not so big how we expected, but in general it was okey. We had a view on the swimming pool. The food is good and varied.

Noise isolation is very poor. You hear everything that happens in neighboring rooms. At dinner all drinks are paid, even water.

Instagram vs Reality

Breakfast was ok, including fruit and having the possibility to make eggs/ pancakes The staff was very kind and willing to help.

Property was very outdated, rooms were tiny and not so clean. The outside space looks nothing like the photos, in reality it is way smaller.

Breakfast was poor had baked beans 2 days for English breakfast so very dry.

Smoking policy was disgusting we basically could not sit around terrace pool area as my friend has asthma and we where always by smokers, no designated smoking area and even when inside smokers would be beside open doors so still could smell it.

we had the short straw and got given the room above a sports field with people shouting on megaphones all night, not double glazed so hear everything, had rented a electric car but they didn’t have the adaptor/facilities to charge it with, we had to pay €25 per day to park the car. spa is also extra cost at €15 despite being told it would be included. really dissapointed.

The room and SPA was according to expectations. Though the location and view is bad, it’s a playground you see. Nice staff. The breakfast has its own chef that did pancakes and omelette on demand which was great otherwise a pretty average breakfast options. I liked that the hotel had different activities like yoga or couple massage workshop etc.

Good value for the price, the positives beat the negatives by far

- Clean rooms - Very close to the bus station - Friendly & helpful staff - Comfortable bed - Good breakfast options ( vegan included )

- Weak ( almost useless ) WiFi, had to use my own eSIM internet - Most of the time very limited plant-based ( vegan ) food options for lunch/ dinner. It was hit or miss, sometimes great, sometimes really not enough both nutritionally and calorie-wise. For omnivores I would say there was a plenty of choice.

For a 4-star hotel it was appalling. not my usual 4-star rating by any means. But then again the place was a little odd

I realise adults only does not mean exclusive but rather for the elderly (retirement age)

Felt like an old age home and cruise. A room for 3 meant a paraplegic bathroom and shower with no separation. It was not pleasant. This was not discussed. I requested vegan and made it clear we did not eat shellfish or pork for religious reasons and there was no care or offer to even assist - mass produced food and I accountability that we had paid for full board.

Kids play park across the street totally removed the benefit of being in an adults only hotel. No staff in the spa.

Good Stay

The hotel was clean and good value. Staff went above and beyond at all times!

Spa could be included in the price or have an option to pay a half or full day use instead of hourly fractions. Mini fridge wasn’t working properly. To be fair we didn’t report it because the room was nice.

The staff were very accommodating and really friendly, the atmosphere was lovely at night in the hotel. Food and cocktails were 10/10. The spa was gorgeous and we genuinely had such a relaxing time during our stay!

NOT A RELAXING SPA HOTEL! A hotel with an identity crisis...

The spa area was small but nicely done. Not sure that the Sauna worked properly. The staff was super friendly, especially the bar staff. The free Yoga classes were enjoyable.

It's not a relaxing, quiet slow living hotel at all! Every night from 20.30-23.30 live music is played extremely loud, even with the windows closed it sounded like the band was stood in our room. We booked this place for a relaxing quiet break, it certainly wasn't. The building site right next to the hotel didn't help, of course that's out of their control and just bad luck for us.
