Altrimenti siamo stati benissimo

The physical aspect of the hotel is great. This includes its location, the building and the room itself. The staff is excellent. Everybody we came cross, especially the front desk staff (Mr John in the day and a lady in the evening) was extremely helpful, friendly, and caring. If I go back to this hotel, it will be because of the staff.
It is a pity the hotel doesn't provide a kettle in the room, not to mention courtesy bottled water or tea and coffee sachets. We asked for hot drinking water to be sent to the room but were charged 5 Euros each time. We complained at the front desk and fortunately the staff removed the charges. In spite of the removal of this charge, it was unpleasant that we actually had to deal with something like that at all during our holiday. And this hotel is supposed to be above 4 stars. Honestly, a small thing like that made the hotel management come across rather cynical and it seemed to be trying to rip off customers. The feeling it gave us was the direct opposite of hospitality. The breakfast was also pretty dismal. It was the staff who saved the day. In fact, the next time I go to Athens or recommend hotels for friends in Athens, I will first call the hotel to ask whether there is a kettle in the room before I make the booking, or advise my friends to do so.

Skvělý výhled na Akropolis, pohodlné. Vynikající obsluha.
Voda vytékala ze sprchy a nešlo regulovat teplotu vody. Za celý týden s tím nikdo nedokázal nic udělat. Jinak výborné!!!

Location, rooftop bar and restaurant
Very old and tired. The bathroom was terrible. Some of the staff were a little less than pleasant and made us feel like they were doing us a favour. The reception staff were very helpful. For the money I would stay somewhere else. We are returning to Athens in 3 weeks and I canceled that reservation.

It was close to amenities acropolis
It was dirty stains and dirt on carpets and ripped sofa chairs like dogs of cats were scratching them
Apart it was big clean and I have pictures I would like my money back
9.0
The location and view to the Acropolis. Service is very good as well.
My (executive) room was very good. However, the carpet in the room needs replacing. It is too old. Would have looked much better. The room was cleaned every day.

the property was clean and well appointed. we could not have asked for more. The pool is also a wonderful spot to cool down on a hot day.
Views are out of this world.
We liked everything.

4.0
The location and the view from the breakfast area.
Where do I start... room 363 was terrible... broken squicky left bed, dark, bad lighting, no outlets (not even in the bathroom for a hairdrier), only one nightstand, worn out furniture, terrible matres and pilllows, old AC, broken showerhead, small bathroom, soggy smell, sparsly decorated and nothing like in the pictures. For 300 a night this was very bad! In the rest the hotel is outdated, small elevators, low quality breakfast and the pool area is nothing to be excited about. For the prices they are charging this is a terrible choice!

Rude staff, don't waste your money here. Just rude and old place, the furniture smells old

The breakfast was good but some of the items were totally gone as it was very crowded. We were seated in a high traffic area by a hostess.
The location was excellent. Very accessible to the metro and major Athens sights.
The room didn't have any windows. The television remote control was broken and two lights did not work.
The room could have been better.

Rooms were spacious, friendly staff, very well maintained hotel which was stunning in its appearance
Unable to sleep both nights we stayed due to being the level under the bar and restaurant. Constant carts and trolleys being pushed about alll night.
Called reception both nights to be told it was the cleaning team and that they would resolve. This didnt happen. Poor nights sleep made us glad to leave which is a shame as the hotel itself is lovely

5 Mins walking distance to Acropolis. The rooftop view is stunning.
Most of the old staff at reception counter and rooftop restaurant are not friendly. The gym Center is quite old and lack of equipment as well.

Excellent location next to the metro station. Very good breakfast
There are no power points near the dresser next to the bed and it is not possible to place the cell phone on the dresser. We had to ask for an extension cable so that there would be a power point next to the dresser.
This is one of the few hotels that does not have an electric kettle and coffee set
