Very comfortable stay at Kyoto

Quiet, spacious, and clean room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Walking distance from train station and Imperial Palace. The buffet had many options. Friendly staff.

広い部屋と心地よいベッド

毎回感じるんですがベッドの寝心地は最高ですね。今回はダブルベッドでしたが一人で寝てるような全く動きが感じなかったです。掛け布団の重さも心地よかったです。部屋の広さもお気に入りです。料金もお得感いっぱいです。

駐車場からロビーに行くのに少しの階段が気になります。荷物もですが年配の方も杖の方もいらして大変そうでした。スロープがあればと思います。

The best place to stay in Kyoto

Very well located, exceptional staff (honestly, like no other). Beautiful accommodations, very well kept. Amazing food, easy to access for uber and taxis. And, a 7-11 less than two blocks away, priceless.

OK hotel, a bit too expensive.

Overall a comfortable stay.

Too expensive for the value we get. Hotel was a bit old, and the staff was ok friendly but not as friendly as some of the other hotels we stayed in Japan.

最高の優雅な時間

当日急に決まった宿泊で、部屋タイプが違ったにも関わらず3部屋を近くに用意して頂いて大変助かりました。スタッフの方も皆さん親切で感じ良く、さすが一流ホテルだと感心しました。お食事も部屋の広さも、バスタブも最高でした。 GWにも関わらず、ホテル内もゆったりと落ち着いました。

アメニティに、化粧水と乳液があれば尚良かったです。

Tilavaa oleskelua hienostuneessa ympäristössä.

Isoin huone missä olen Japanissa ollut. Hotellin tunnelma oli hienostunut ja palvelu oli tasokasta.

Sijainti on aavistuksen sivussa, mutta kulkuyhteydet ovat silti ihan hyvät.

中型ホテルとしては国内トップホテルです。

朝食はもちろん､立地､設計デザイン､内装､アメニティ品､設備などが必要十分にして華美でなく、価格も妥当で全体のバランスが良いため､コストバリューが高い。

方針とは思うが､さらに化粧水だけでもあるとシェービング後はありがたい。

このホテルにして本当によかった。又宿泊します。

部屋の広さ　清潔さスタッフの対応静か

なし。あえて言えば、送迎バスの停留所がメインエントランスから見えず、　バスが来たのに気が付かず行ってしまった。案内をいただけると助かった。

まあまあ良かった

部屋が清掃も行き届いていて綺麗でした。朝食が種類も豊富でとても美味しくて、スタッフの対応やサービスも良かったのでまた来たいと思いました。

到着した時に駐車場がすぐに分からなかったのですが、スタッフの方が気づいたにもかかわらず、ゆっくり歩いてきて対応が冷たく感じました。

Great stay once again

We have been traveling to Kyoto several times this past year and go to this hotel regularly. Our stay was this time again great, the hotel staff very nice and helpful, the room was spacious and had a beautiful view over the roofs of Kyoto with mountains in the background, the shuttle very helpful. The possibility to rent bicycles directly from the hotel is also convenient.

There is nothing I didn't like.

静かに過ごせて良かったです

スタッフの方々は丁寧でした地元新聞の提供が嬉しかったですお部屋のグレードアップをしていただきましたひとりではもったいない程広かったです朝食も美味しかったです、特にスープが美味しかったです！アメニティが充実していました

良くない点は全くありません☻ 早めに到着してしまっため、15時チェックインまでお茶を飲みながら過ごしてしまいました。次回は15時以降に到着して直ぐにお部屋に入れるようにしたいてす

とても良いです。

老舗ホテルの風格があり、ゆったりと滞在できました。スタッフの皆さまも丁寧に応対してくださり、部屋もグレードアップしていただいたので居心地満点です。

最寄りの地下鉄やバス停から少し歩かなければいけないのが難点。でも、烏丸御池からシャトルバスが出ていました。

さすが五つ星ホテル、安心して泊まれます。

外観から高級感が素晴らしい中も広々としたロビーで贅沢な空間。色々依頼したがスタッフのみなさんの対応も全て完璧だった。クリーニングの方たちとすれ違うたび挨拶されていて、ホテル全体のホスピタリティの高さを感じた。お部屋も広く快適で素晴らしくお風呂も湯船に浸かれる広さぜひまた宿泊したいところです。

利便性はあまり良くないが烏丸御池からシャトルバスがあるので、助かった。ホテル内にコインランドリーがないので、長く滞在には厳しいかもしれない。 1番近くのコインランドリーで徒歩6分でした。

朝食もレストランの食事も大変美味しかったですし、ホテルマンが皆さん優しくホスピタリティに溢れていました。最近のホテルと違い、日本の伝統的なおもてなしのあるホテルの良さを感じることができました。また宿泊したいホテルの1つです。

ホテルのアプリケーション、ラインにホテルを登録したのですが、特典を利用できる数ヶ月後とのこと、少し期間が長いと思いました。

Gorgeous hotel, but with one unfortunate drawback.

Absolutely beautiful, pristine hotel in a prime location. The bathroom was, in a word, luxurious, the staff was exceptional, and the parking exceptionally convenient.

The beds and pillows...oh my. Just so hard, lumpy, and uncomfortable. Literally everything else about this hotel was so wonderful, but those mattresses and pillows could be used to coerce confessions in the basement of some secret police headquarters.

Beautiful Hotel in a Beautiful City

The room had a separate room with tv, table, refrigerator, ac control, and ethernet cable connection. Separate toilet room. Wonderful shower and bath room. Beautiful woodwork, plenty of plug-ins, usb hubs at each side of bed. Bedding was very comfortable. Restaurants were wonderful. The Midi Bar had super desserts. Hotel well located. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. My wife and I are going to come back to the Koyto Brighton Hotel again.

Pleasant atmosphere and excellent location

The indisputable advantage of this hotel is its location near the Imperial Palace and the relatively close proximity to the subway for those who don't want to use the taxi service, which in Japan is always clean and very reputable with affordable prices.

Unfortunately there was no gluten free food available, specifically gluten free bread for breakfast where it was difficult to choose a suitable combination within the buffet.

Nice centrally located hotel with helpful staff with excellent breakfast!

Hotel was very clean with good breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful. It is the centre of Kyoto so that it was very easy for us to travel anywhere in Kyoto.

There were no Spa. However we managed to get massage in our own room. The bar closed at 09:30 pm.
