good value for money

the hotel was very clean only few minutes walk from the city centre good place for 1-2 nights,but in summer time is little bit expensive

not enought parking place we arrived around 7pm and we didnt have parking place in the hotel and receptionist couldnt help us near the hotel have delicates shop with few small parking place,we left our car there till morning 7am morning we saw had accident and crash in our car morning had 1 free parking place in the hotel parking and i parked there while we put our bags to the car but hotel requested full day parking price for this 5minutes incredible

Ligging t.o.v. uitvalswegen, goede stop voor je de Gotthardtunnel door moet.

Formaat van het bed, prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Geen mogelijkheid meer om bij het hotel te parkeren.

Friendly staff, easy check-in, clean room, comfortable bed, quiet room.

Shower water temperature was a bit difficult to get right. Either far too hot or far too cold.

Better than you would expect from a “budget” hotel.

Keeping in mind that this is a “budget” hotel, you will be pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean. Having been provided with a free travel pass within Lucerne was very helpful although the main train station was within 10 minutes walk. Staff was very helpful.

Breakfast was ok but did not many options for vegetarians. Room was very small. If suitcase was left open (no place to store clothes, except for a few hangers), there was no way to move around that side of the bed.

Non c’è l’asciuga capelli, ci hanno messo in una stanza già occupata ma hanno rimediato dandoci un altra stanza . Però al mattino alle 10 qualcuno ci ha aperto la porta. Non hanno una stanza luggage per le valigie .

Great location, so central and quiet at night, great value!

The location is amazing, within walking distance to centre of town.

Bearing in mind this is a budget hotel, I thought it was amazing and there wasn’t anything I didn’t like .

Poor

There was blood on the bed sheets and we were not able to get enough towels so two of us had to use shower mats for towels! I am not keen writing this here, but I have not been able to find a direct email to the hotel.

Value for money but you get what you pay for

Good value for money, very clean

Shower door was see-through in a “family” room. Staff were very rude - given the shower was in the bedroom we asked for another towel to try and stop water spilling onto the bedroom floor and damaging the floor. They said they needed to come and “inspect” the room and were really rude about it. No one ever came and they refused a towel when we asked again

Location is good, central. Bus connection to city center is perfect. Free bus ticket :) Breakfast. I do not recommend to open the windows at night if someone would like to sleep, the railway is extremly loud.

The beds were uncomfortable, mainly because it wasn’t steady it kept moving when you sat on it and the mattress was sliding off the bed frame as it did not fit properly.

Convenient location, not too far from the train station.

The air conditioning unit did not work well, there isn’t a lot of air ventilation in the room and no fans so it got quite hot at night considering the cool weather outside.
