10/10 very good stay, would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, comfortable and amazing value for money, parking available and easy access to city centre. Staff were very friendly, helpful and informative.

Very poor

Most of the staff was pleasant

Shared bathroom not clean or with standard amenities, a male staff made me feel very uneasy as he seemed to try to to chat me up

Everything was great until the small extra’s we had to pay at the end of the stay

Clean tidy, Not far from the centre & Helpful staff

We stayed until 11:30am which was half an hour late, the man told us check out is 10:00am so we are 2 hours late when I got home I checked what it says and booking.com because I was sure it was later than that and its actually 11:00am check out so he made us pay £20 late check out fee but it should have only been £10 as says on the hotels booking.com description. Then we also had to pay for parking which they told us £12 which is absolutly fine but why does it also say £5 on the description aswell? I think the description prices need updating or something?

Do not stay here

I didn't enjoy my stay here infact I wanted to leave it was uncomfortable, dirty and not what I was expecting for the money so disappointed. My room was so dirty public hair and crumbs in my bed I was down graded so disappointed with the way this was managed

Good

The parking was bad. Toilet had a blockage and they didn’t want to clear it. But to be fair they gave us an en-suite room upgrade for free so didn’t complain.

Looked for somewhere comfortable to stay for a night. Staff friendly and expectations were met.

Room was better than expected.

Small issue with one of the door mechanisms. Nothing major.

OK place if u just want to have a good night's sleep after partying.

Beds nice and clean. Comfortable. Staff lovely and very welcoming. Good bus route in to city

Rooms badly in need of cleaning. Lots of dust. Fluff on floor. Need painting badly. Lots of big marks and stains on the walls

The rooms are very nicely decorated and very cosy

Wish the room had our own toilet but the room we wanted was already taken

Very good

The room I stayed in was very modern and clean and the staff were all great.

Wasn't alot in the way of facilities no bar etc, there was a lovely garden outside but unfortunately guests couldn't use it while I was staying as it was booked for private functions. Only other thing is it could be quite noisy if alot of people walking around the house you could here every step and bang.

fantastic price and beautiful room

very clean and well presented.

only negative I have is about the wifi maybe make it more known that wifi is only accessible if paid for as on the lower floor the signal on mobiles is poor. but that’s not the hotels fault.

Will not be retuning

Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Paid £100 to be in a box room that looked nothing like the pictures. Website says £5 parking however had to pay £12 when we go there. Bed was so small my partner had to sleep with his feet off the side of the bed as he couldn’t fit in. There was damp and mould on the ceiling and holes in the walls. Pillows were so hard it felt like you were sleeping on a brick.

Great staff nice room

The location was good for the city centre but the area and street were pretty bad very rough looking we nearly drove away , but once we seen the room and the staff we were very surprised it’s a little hidden gem.

No coffee and tea facilities in room even though it showed on there site, also no small towels in the bathroom, no real set up for breakfast, the street is very rough looking and the front entrance area needs some work on it, luckily the staff and rooms were very nice. A bit worried about leaving our car out side.

Things didn't work and cleaner opened door without consent

Toilet door lock didn't work The stupid cleaner let our friends into our room without our consent! She knocked and the door and said house keeping and we didn't open, obviously we were busy and our friend was also outside trying to get in and we didn't want to let them in and the stupid cleaner opened the door and let them in. We could've been naked and doing anything! Very disappointing and uncourteous

charged £5 for tomatoes on toast.

The bathroom no was very nice

They had trouble opening the door but never said anything to myself nor my daughter and I tried to come out snd the door wouldn’t open. I tried pushing the door at the same time pulling it and thank goodness it worked.
