It's a good choice for a group with limited budget.

The apartment is small but nice. The owner is very helpful.

There is only one toilet on each floor. It also said there was a twin room, but actually there were only double rooms, and the beds were quite narrow.

We needed somewhere to accommodate our family and 2 cars for a couple of nights, within reach of the city centre and thi

Clean and tidy, with secure parking for 2 cars. Lots of hot water with good shower pressure. Plenty of room. Located close to Asda, McDonalds etc. David was a very accommodating host.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like particularly. I suppose the property would benefit with a kitchen upgrade. The garden has a lot of potential to be that ‘extra’ outdoor room.

expect a no frills stay

was ok location to stay it as it allowed us to be 50 mins walk from Parklife the festival

the house was not 100% cleaned properly - there seemed to be rubbish left in the bathroom when we arrived. further the shower in the top floor is quite dirty with the drain not running properly. weirdly all the mirrors in the house was sitting on the floor of the living room instead of the bathrooms… we also would have appreciated a no contact check in process where the keys are left in the lockbox as we were in a rush and had to wait nearly half an hour to get welcomed into the properly.

Superb

Just less than two mins walk can reach supermarket and Macdonald as well. Outdoor lighting is pretty good as well as the CCTV covered for all areas.

Carpark is a little bit difficult for bigger vehicle

Great house, great stay.

The host David was very nice and accommodating. The house was very clean, and the location was close to the city centre, and had shops nearby. Beds were comfortable, and the house was warm throughout. There was also safe and secure parking, with two parking spaces at the rear of the property.

The house is listed as having 5 bed, but it only has 4 beds. This could be an issue, and needs to be updated.

We had a wonderful stay and should we have another concert to attend in Manchester we will definitely try to book again!

The property was in a great location, clean and tidy and had everything we needed. David’s communication leading up to and throughout our stay was exceptional.

Large comfortable accommodation, well priced.

David, the host was brilliant. Very communicative and a lovely guy, he couldn't have been more helpful. Each room had a double bed and was a decent size room. comfortable lounge with good facilities. Secure private parking for 2 cars. Good supermarkets and Fast Food shops very close by and easy enough to get into the city centre

The rooms were very "minimalist" and needs a bit more of a 'homely' feel. The local area wasn't great but I have no complaints.

very lovely stay, would definitely recommend.

it was big enough for all 8 of us and david was so welcoming. There was a bus right outside the property that took us straight into the city centre which was amazing. There was an ASDA and a few other shops just across the road which was ideal as we needed to get a few things in. all in all it was a great stay and would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Manchester with a few people. worth the money.

great stay will definitely stay here again.

David was a really nice guy made us feel very welcome in his property went over everything with us when we got there and made sure we was fine before he left. Secure parking and only a short taxi drive into the centre.

Overall, a very pleasant stay that met all of our needs.

Our host David was very helpful and friendly. He was very efficient at answering any questions and accommodated our special requests. Check in was stress free, a tour of the house and keys were handed over. A secure parking space was also provided for our car. David provided us with a very affordable local cab number too and towels and tea and coffee were also available. The house was clean, cosy and spacious and a short cab or bus ride from Manchester Centre. Great location!!! A lock box made check out very easy too.

Amazing night over at David’s lovely property. Amazing value and amazing place! Great host too😃

David was really friendly and made us all feel really welcome at his property. He told us everything we needed to know for our nights stay, and made us all laugh a few times with his sense of humour! We do plan on returning in the future! Thank you David.

Great weekend away with friends

The host was great, helpful and friendly. The location was brill with two secure places for private parking including cctv. Straight over the road from Asda, B&M, off licenses, McDonald’s, KFC and many more amenities

Stay With Friends

Was comfy stay, TV was a bit dodgy couldn’t connect the Playstation, in the description it says there’s a room with 2 Double beds, this isn’t the case there is just 4 rooms with 4 double beds, the parking is exceptional, with a fair sized living room and bedrooms.

No mirrors around, issues with TV, too hot at times.

Absolutely brilliant pal

The owner, David, was great. He met us at the property and ran through everything with us perfectly. He also had a laugh and was laid back. The property itself was brill, very clean and close to town. Safe to say we are all very happy with our stay ✌🏻
