Small room but very clean, good for one night sleep. Close to city center. 24hour staff
Underground parking is a bit scary as it’s very dark when driving into, only when you get off and get close to the door to elevator, the light is on.

Beliggenheten
Hotellet generelt. Lite plass på badet, kunne ikke tørke seg selv. Rommet var generelt lite. Ikke kjøleskap, osv. veldig skuffende

unfortunately the parking facilities are not really enough for all guests - we had to park at some space away from the hotel outside...

pretty close to the airport. direct bus (42) about 25min away. short distance from main road. while the room is a tad small it was ok for my short stay. beds and pillow were comfortable as well and breakfast was good! free flow coffee n tea and cookies
small room, elevator was under maintenance

Breakfast was goodish 2 mornings but poor the other, due to absence of pastries and fruit.
Very small room with double bed against wall. Terrible lighting - just a desk lamp and a floor standing lamp.
Room only serviced every 4 days. (It does mention this a long way down the confirmation email from Booking.com, but I missed it.)
No wardrobe, drawers ir cupboards. Just a few hooks with 3 coat hangers.
No evening meals at weekends. We arrived 8pm Sunday.

It's near the mall
There's no toothbrush and toothpaste. The soap is empty in the shower. I found a strand of hair in the pillow and on the bed.

The room was really small with almost no facility. It was really cold during the night. It was terrible

Good basic room, perfect for our needs on a short trip
Underground car park quite tight for larger cars. As it was not full, not a major problem.

A little cramp but ok for one night

Good parking space outside.
Very noisy rooms. The noise outside started at 5am and didn't stop.
Space is limited and bedrooms very soft and too small for 2 people (even booking a double superior room).

Location was great and the staff was nice. Free parking and the restaurant and reception area looked nice.
To be honest- I think I'd be more comfortable in a norwegian prison- the room was small, cold and extremely uncozy. I paid 2400,- for one night, which is insane for sleeping in a box with a bed and a table. There wasnt even a trashcan.
Granted- Prices was insane in the area that night and I wouldn't be so negative if the room was 700,- a night- but that wasn't the case and pricing this hotel that high should be illegal. Scandic however wanted 6000,- and Radisson 8000,- so all in all I guess it was supply and demand and overall insanity.

it was my first time to be in Norway,I had a very long flight and was very tired when I arrived to the Hotel, but unfortunately the receptionist was not that friendly and welcoming.
I hadn’t visa card and she didn’t accept cash while I had selected pay with cash at the property when I booked the hotel!
I am wondering why the guests should not be able to pay with cash?!what about if someone losses his/her bank card?
I forced to call my cousin very late in the night
(at 23:30 )and ask her to pay for my Hotel with her Visa card!
it was very bad experience with the strange hotel policy and unhelpful and cold behavior receptionist.
