בסהכ הצוות מאוד משתדל. עובדים קשה. תמיד עם חיוך. מאוד נחמדים אליך. השהייה הייתה נחמדה אם לא מגיעים עם ציפיות. מלון בסיסי. קמפ משודרג+ האוכל במלון סביר ביחס לאוכל בסיני.

הפער בין התמונות באתר למה שבפועל, מאכזב. לא לצפות למלון מפואר. התמונות מחמיאות לו. בסופו של דבר מספק פתרון זול למי שמחפש קצת יותר נוחות מקמפ. הצוות מאוד נחמד.

exceptional experience

I was utterly delighted by the warm and gracious welcome extended by Mr. Medhat. Additionally, the solicitous attention from Miss Injy, who consistently inquired about the quality of our accommodation, was commendable. Her diligent efforts to ensure our stay was impeccable did not go unnoticed. Everything in the hotel was flawless, with the facilities and amenities exceeding our expectations. The staff were uniformly cooperative and unfailingly helpful, demonstrating a level of professionalism and courtesy that significantly enhanced our experience. The room itself was immaculate, offering a serene and comfortable retreat after long days of exploration. The bed was exceedingly comfortable, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided.

staff is very friendly food is good most of time beach is beautiful soft drinks are very good

bad songs sometime (mahrganat) on the pool food was not good only one day during my whole stay room cleaning is not that good (towels and bed sheets)

it is one of my best trips ever

very decent staff they cooperated with my husband to celebrate my birthday with an awesome cake ❤️ food was exceptional in new year dinner and everything was amazing and organized they have upgraded our room without any additional fees to give us king bed as per my husband request they are very decent & cooperative this hotel makes me feel that I am home with my family

العمال مهتموش ولا لاي اشي اوتيل مقرف بمعنى الكلمة اكيد مش رح نرجع البنت تصاوبت بالاوتيل قدام عيونهم والناس ساعدتني فيها وهمي الي بشتغلو بالاوتيل حتى مجوش اتطمنو عليها ولا سالوا عنها وعن حالتها غير انو فش نت غير قرب الريسبشن فش ولا بمحل بالاوتيل نت الاكل بعيد عبعضه كثير منبسطمناش ابداً المره الجاي بفضل احط مصاري اكثر عاوتيل احسن من هاد وانبسط

الموقع بين الجبل والساحل … بشاشة جميع العاملين بالفندق وتفانيهم في اسعاد النزيل ….(واخص بالذكر مستر ماركو في الريسيبشن …مستر احمد البلمان قمة في الزوق والترحاب … مستر عبد المعطي مدير المطاعم….هبة في الانيميشن) …. مساحة الغرفة واسعه جدا…السنوركلينج جميل جدا … مياة البسين دافئه…مذاق الطعام جيد جداا….

الطريق للفندق( طريق البلو هول ) …ولكن الاقامة في الفندق عوضت هذا العيب …

كانت إقامة جميلة ورحلة ممتعة

دي المرة الرابعة اللي انزل فيها في الفندق اتبسطت جدا من التجديدات اللي اتعملت في القعدات على حمام السباحة وفي الغرف طبعا المارينا والفيو والمكان المميز جدا لعمل سنوركلينج

Nothing to say other than really good place

Great place to spend somedays with your family. The hotel staff were so friendly, especially Mr.Aysam since the day we checked in he was doing every possible thing to make us feel comfortable and happy.

The food variety, specially lunch meal, but in general it wasn't really a problem the food was ok, not fancy but acceptable.

The team is very friendly as usual ❤️

The reception (specially mr Marco). I’ve been a regular guest at the hotel (since 2018). I used to deal with mr Osama. He was super polite, helpful and friendly. But mr Marco had impolite responses for two times when I’ve asked for lunch box. First time, my mom asked for lunch box and I asked him politely to cancel it as we have changed out plan. His face turned into angry and responded that why and this is not possible and when I insisted he responded with anger expression “okay mr” Second time my wife asked for lunch box the day after and in the reception my mom was asking if the lunch boxes are ready and he responded with very angry expression “why you are asking always late and you should ask us at least at 7am” (7am just to prepare some sandwiches really?) Then he responded “sorry you are late and we have to take longer time”. Then some manager came and said it’s okay we can prepare the lunch box for you and yes the lunch boxes were ready. So I do not know what’s wrong with him. Ms Engy from the hotel team reached out to us and we gave her the same feedback.

Nice facilities and beautiful snorkeling, but wouldn't come back due to inappropriate dining staff.

Hanna, from the pool bar, and Minna, from the front desk, were absolutely wonderful. So kind and so helpful. I hope they both get a raise for improving the atmosphere of the hotel! The hotel overall is quite well-equipped, and has generally nice facilities (our room had a beautiful view of the pool and beach) and a good dining hall buffet with diverse offerings, ideal if you're planning a chill vacation or not planning on leaving the hotel much. By far the biggest draw of the hotel is that its private beach has phenomenal access to snorkeling over a stunning coral reef, only a few meters from the sand!

Staff: Many members of the service staff, especially the young waiters in the dining room, flirted with me repeatedly during my stay, making me feel extremely uncomfortable (They often did this when my boyfriend stepped away for a minute, but sometimes in front of him too). They were even touchy with my boyfriend, which made him really uncomfortable as well. I wish it would be made clear to hotel employees that hitting on guests is unacceptable. This really affected my overall experience and made me feel like I could never relax in public areas of the hotel, and for this reason I definitely wouldn't return to this hotel. Facilities: The bathroom in our deluxe suite was falling apart, especially the shower and toilet. On our final days at the hotel I saw they were doing some renovations, I hope that the bathrooms are next on their list! Additionally, during our stay we experienced daily power outages. Most were short but on our last night, the power went out for several hours and we had to sleep without air conditioning in August heat. Also important to note that there is no internet access outside of the lobby, and even in the lobby we often had trouble finding a strong enough connection to complete the most basic online tasks.

Very expensive for the quality.,I can't recommend it to anyone.

It was just ok, the view was good

The bathroom had mold, we found a dead bug in the room and leaves beside te terrace door, the sheets were not good but they changed them when we asked, the restaurant food was not good, meet and fish were under cooked, I paid for the restaurant meal then I had to go eat out. Too far from downtown.

The pool space with the regular depth needs to be a little bit bigger, since most if of the pool space is 185m, other than that the pool and the pool area was very clean.

The staff was accommodating and friendly especially Ahmed at a restaurant, the room was clean and cozy, food was ok including most of the basics don't expect something fancy but all over everything was good for the price.

My reservation was all-inclusive but surprisingly I was required to pay for fresh Orang juice at breakfast and Icecream at the pool

Very nice calm place, very good house- reef and the hotel-staff is very friendly big thanks too Ala'a from the Restaurant good Service Mohammed from the pool-bar and the other guys working there, making a good job.

It's a little far too Dahab-center they offer a free shuttle but the last ones goes at 17:00 one in the evening would be nice.

Dahab Escape an absolute must.

The value of the property was off the charts. Great ambiance with the mountains in the backgroind. The food and staff were excellent, particularly Asmaa of the animation team. She made the environment very lively and positive! Hotel's a short ride from the bustling Lighthouse.

The staff was excellent.

The buffet food was not good...the taste wasn't good. The quality was bad. There was a dead fly on my chocolate frosting and I complained and didn't receive even an I'm sorry. If I could have gotten credit for not having dinner I would have because that was the worst part of our stay.

A good option in Dahab, outside the city, close to the main diving sites

The Tropitel is a resort style hotel. It is located outside the 'city' of Dahab, Sinai, and it is one of the northern resorts available when staying in Dahab - about 5-7 minutes drive to the center. It is best to have a car with you. Though taxis and plain bedoui pickups that will pick you up for 50 EGP (2-4 Euros) are almost always available within minutes, it is a consideration. The hotel is very close to the Canyon diving site (recommended!), and about 10 minutes drive to the famous Blue Hole. It also has a nice 'house reef' which is also a surprisingly good snorkeling/diving site. Amenities: The pool is quite large and looks maintained. The lobby consists of 2 stories - the main, and the upper with a small bar, a small conference room and 2 snooker tables. There is a spa with massage team, which is strongly recommended by both my brother and mother.

Restaurant is not the highlight of the hotel, but it is decent, at least for breakfast (generally speaking, Sinai is not a Culinar pearl). Transportation to the city might be an issue (if you don't have a car).
