worst stay ever !

breakfast is excellent

the staff ( especially the “British like hostess” )was very very rude . she tried to make us pay the double price for the room even if we were showing her the booking confirmation. she insisted and asked us for the double price 3 times ! when she admitted she was wrong she gave us a room just next to the électrical generator while the hotel was literally empty and there were plenty of available rooms . she tried to ask us to wait for 2 hours ( it was 9 pm) !!!

Wonderful location with beautiful grounds and stunning views. Lots of activities on offer should you choose. Most of all the staff were really fantastic, welcoming and friendly.

Magnifique

Everything was out 9f this world. I was disappointed by the waiters in the restaurant. A bit 9f training will go a long way. The planned activites were all done on time and super enjoyable. Mist notable was Gugu who is the manager /supervisor who went out of her 2ay to make sure that we were comfortable and made sure that our wedding anniversary is memorable. 5 star service from Gugu, top marks indeed.

Some waitresses must learn a thing or two but that didn't damped our spirits. Will come back again and will share to all my social media posts. I loved my stay here, no complaints

amazing food, great evening entertainment, friendly staff, great facilities and clean.

Pity we couldn’t get into the Fig forest as no bird guides available but not a fault of the hotel.

We chose a very good room but it was vastly over-priced. Hotel much larger than we thought

Some (but not all) of organised activities good

Noise of generator outside room. This occurred whenever there was load shedding - which was 4 times a day, 2-3 hours per time. Restaurant - very poor selection available for pescatarians Breakfast very disappointing. No cereal choice.

Mkuze Gem

Food was good, staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms were excellent condition, very comfy, clean and modern. Great value for money.

Suggestion because i had no issues...add more kids activities even a jungle gym would add great value to this property.

Jean heard about our rough work week and promptly upgraded our package. We were so grateful we added another night. Food was great. Beautiful surroundings, good facilities.
