It was comfortable

I love the cleanliness of Sun1, especially the fresh linen on a daily basis

There needs to be ways of limiting the noise factor from other guests. we were woken up early by other guests screaming across the hallway.

Reception so nice know how to handle the customer, make us feel at home

The rooms were clean. Two first days were peaceful, quiet at night.

The stay of groups of school kids that were disrespectful,noisy, food everywhere on the passage. High disrespect where the caters/ or whoever was banging even my door telling about food , and sometimes about their departure for the day. I tried to complain to the receptionist but it looked like they don't have control over as long as they are making money and saving their jobs. Maybe because as individuals our money doesn't matter. The stay was really bad. And those bed are hard especially to me who has a chronic back.

Great stay it was!!

Closer to station, to beach and some interesting areas around. The fact that they granted the request of checking in earlier. The storage if you still want to go around waiting for the late bus.

The fact that when you need a coffee , you need to go downstairs all the time.

The room was too small and very hot. The air conditioner was not functioning well. It was too noisy, the guests were shouting in the corridors we could not sleep.
