Very good location, easy access, super clean
4.2
Excellent location, rooms and price
4.2
All you need in the best location for a very good price.
4.2
Great location, 5 min from the center.
The price (but I guess it was reduced due to the ongoing war).
Comfy bed, large window on a sunny terrace.
The ceiling! lots of space.
The bathroom is a bit dated but OK.

I like location of this hotel.

We love the building. It is in the centre of the town, we walked everywhere. Room was clean and comfortable.
4.2
Its a good place and rooms are so clean.
Just floor of the room should be cleaned better
4.2
It is in city center. Clean room, comfortable bed
4.2
Good price, great location, secure, mini bar
Bed wasnt the most comfortable but good for a short stay.
The showerhead cant be moved up or down so it just points straight at your head unless you take it by hand, should be an easy fix.

The front t desk lady was very polite and helpful
It's a historic old building so there are stairs to climb, no elevator
4.2
Location great very close to centre but quiet The entrance looks shabby but once at reception on the 2nd floor all very much modernised and pleasantly furnished/ Reception staff spoke English and were helpful and efficient. Check in and check out times and procedure very easy and quick. Don't expect the usual Hotel type bars/restaurant etc. this is a hotel very much for overnight or short stays in comfortable rooms close to the centre at a price which is sensible.
Like all English people we expect tea and coffee making facilities to be in any hotel room as a norm and particularly as there are no cafe/restaurant attached to the Hotel
4.2
clean bedsheets, clean towels, bed was ok, staff speaks English, silent room
dirty walls, dirty carpets, leaking shower, no table, no kettle, no wardrobe or place to keep your stuff
4.2
Great location. 👍
4.2
The room was very basic and looked different from the pictures. There was no wardrobe.
Not all services in the description were available.
4.2
Central.
Staff couldn’t have been more helpful both in reception and at breakfast.
Room was spacious.
Location was discreet
Nothing really except shower door needed tightening and the street was a bit noisy on Saturday night!
4.2
Staff was very friendly and professional. The facilities are modern.
A room facing the main street faces some noise problems. But for one night it is ok. There are also rooms facing the quiet interior of the building.
4.2
It was nice and quiet. Very comfortable and conveniently located. Each room was unique which was fun.
The shower in the junior suite was cold. The air conditioner only partially cooled the room and the hair dryer didn't work.
4.2
Great location, comfortable, polite staff

We were told to go to the other Hotel 2 to get our breakfast and we had a 20 percent discount. The food was good, but it would have been nice if they had a place there.
The doorman was very helpful as was the young lady at the desk in the mornings.
The building was old and in need of great repair. It would not pass a building inspection back home that's for sure. Broken windows, stairs are the only way to get to the 4th floor we were on. Some of the steps were broken, as were the handrails.
