Apart from that all was good.

The location was good, not very far from Anıtkabir. The staff speaks English well and was very helpful. The room was clean, and you could find everything you need.

I had an early morning flight, so the reception staff offered to arrange a transfer, but it was late, so I had to take a taxi.

Excellent spa!

We loved the Turkish Hamam and overall vibe of the hotel

Disappointing

Staff were friendly.

The A/C was making ALOT of noise and we couldn't sleep. I am disappointed that they didn't check something like that before giving us the room. Maintenance came by and basically didn't help.

Very good location for YHT Gar, Metro and walking to various parts of Ankara. Staff were helpful and polite, though I didn't have much interaction beyond check in/check out.

Blind didn't close fully and the air-con was quite old and didn't work very well. But I was there during a heatwave, and this might not be an issue at most times of year.

Beautiful hotel for a very good price. We arrived early in the morning, but we could check-in and leave our bags there. The hamam was very enjoyable. The employees were very friendly. Especially Serkan helped us very well with all the questions we had: great service, 10 out of 10.

Not recommended to stay. Poor Internet, weak signal and staff that does not trust customers words

upon checkout, the front desk made me wait as they are counting the items in the fridge to see if anything was stolen and consumed. I ended paying more for my taxi as it kept the taxi waiting. The internet was bad. it dropped every 2 minutes. Nothing happended after a complaint was made. On Sunday, a guy came to inform me there is completely no internet. I had completely no internet for part of Saturday and all of Sunday

Good value for money, we had a pleasant stay

This hotel was a nice surprise. The rooms were spacious and affordable. The food is ok. Staff is friendly and helpful and the valet service is a dream in a city like Ankara where there is no parking, ever. Loved the hamman with a good sauna and Turkish bath. Friendly and good massage therapists. Great service. The look and feel of the place is nice in Turkish style.

Don't count on views of the Ataturk monument as advertised, though it didn't bother us. (well worth a visit btw) Steam bath was not working. They forgot to inform the restaurant that our breakfast was included which caused some annoying back and forth. You are in the middle of the city near clubs so try and get an upper floor room. Coffee at breakfast is bad but there is a Costa coffee at reception.

I think 5 stars in Turkey is something else. It was just a 3 stars+ Everything needs to be changed in the rooms, it is old (floor, wall paint, lamps, etc.) and half broken / durty In winter even closed heater it was too hot to sleep windows closed. Hall is very dark

Nice stay in Maltepe area of Ankara - well connected and pleasant

Everything was fine except the mentioned below points - internet and swimming pool, at the same time I wish to mention help of the hotel manager who kindly facilitated my access to hamam. Overall all staff of the hotel was very professional and kind.

Internet connection was rather poor and at certain times did not work at all. Swimming pool was closed and it was not easy to use even Hot Bath - Hamam, as all the time booked for other guests, not from the hotel.

worth the price

It was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. We booked a queen suit but suprisingly when we arrived they gave us a king suit which is way larger and includes a hot tub. We were there only for one night and we had to leave the town but I wish I could stay more. The room was luxurious and spacious. the staff were so polite and friendly.

Worse hotel I’ve ever been

location is fine

This is not a 5-star hotel, as stated, but some kind of hostel. The pool is there, but it never works (supposedly under repair, but no work is done there). It is noisy and cold. The minibar is empty, towels stink, showers work badly. The renovations haven't been done in about 100 years. Terrible hotel, terrible experience.
