Always a great option, it would be wonderful if the Internet could be fixed...

Always a pleasure to stay here! Staff, rooms, food, everything is quite wonderful. Superb breakfast, and the best view in Ioannina.

The Internet is extremely slow, not suitable for working -at all, and not suitable for even a Skype or WhatsApp call. Something that could be easily fixed. Some of the rooms have very little light and mine being close to the stairs meant the tiny window had to stay shut as everything could be overheard with people coming and going -and easily looking in too...

Amazing place with wonderful city view. Highly recommended!!!

We travelled with a whole family group so we booked two family rooms and one single. Everything was very clean, comfortable and new. I highly recommend the place for families with toddlers. Our kids really enjoyed the amazing outdoor playground and we enjoyed the food and drinks of the bar and cafe there. Prices are reasonable. Also the breakfast was very tasty with a lot of choices, even for vegetarians. The single room we have given at the arrival had a bad smell and the ac was not working. The staff changed the room immediately to the junior suite with any other charge.

Totally disappointments

Premesys looks great, breakfast is great

i booked 5 rooms Non of them was fully OK. one had no towels, the other had problem with electricity and so. Out dated climatic system couldnot turn air condition on cold just heat, it was 25°. They promis a fun but deliver ot the day after. T the morning non of our 5 rooms had hot water in the shower. We understood that is a recurring problem they knew of but didn't told us. Then the door slammed and we got stuck outside for 3 hours until a techniciancame and open the door. We weren't allowed to lock the door just to close it. After supposingly fixing the door. at the morning we stuck again for 2.5 hours out of the room. missing apointted sctivities on our way to the next destanation. the hotel maneger offerd us a beer as compensation.

Excellent facilities and service.

Excellent facilities, very well located. The personnel are excellent and always willing to help. The room was spacious, very cozy. The breakfast was very tasty and there was a big variety of choices. The restaurant was exceptional offering high quality service and food.

It's very difficult to find something negative. The breakfast area was a little bit narrow.

Super mountainside, tastefully furnished accommodation with sensational view of Ioannina and the lake. Excellent restaurant, bar areas and plentiful breakfast, all accompanied with a stunning view. Easy access into town, though steep hike.

Good with a few downsides

The breakfast was really good and the service around the breakfast was perfect. Also the view from the breakfast room is stunning. The location of the hotel is also really good since it is close to the city center. Good parking options.

The room itself was nice but in the description it said that the room would have a balcony and terasse - but there was only table set in front of the front door where anyone could pass - So not private at all. Also the AC was not working properly, but after three times asking at the reception we gave up.

This is a gem not to be missed

This is a complex that fulfils the vision of the founder, comprising of a restaurant, hotel, cafeteria and even an amphitheatre. Perched up high with a view of the town and the lake, the food is exceptional both in the restaurant and in the breakfast room where they serve local produce. The hotel comprises of comfortable rooms in a separate building in a monastic setting.

Incessant barking of dogs through the night. Staff said they belonged to the hotel and she would “take care of it”. if you like getting up at 4 am then wouldn’t be a problem. 🤔

Elegant overnight stay

Lovely views, great restaurant, electric car charger. Nice campus-type area with locals visiting for lunch or coffees. Woodland walk opposite to stretch the legs.

Very beautiful hotel and room. Amazing breakfast room with view over Ioannina and the lake. Also the bar and restaurant are perfect for the evening. Easy parking in front of the hotel (you need a car when you stay there as it is a bit outside above Ioannina). Shower cabin (no flooding of the bath room).

Comfortable bed (queen size though not King). The staff were helpful and polite, especially the gentleman in the breakfast room who provided exceptional service!

I was expecting a room with view (like at the cafe bar), but the hotel rooms are located in another building with no view at all. The hotel room felt a bit small and there was no bathrobe.

A great place to stay in Ioannina. Highly recommended.

An great package in all respects. The hotel is situated on a hill overlooking the sea and mountains beyond. Spectacular views. All staff were very helpful and professional. The room was very smartly finished and quiet, with the most comfortable bed I have encountered for a long time. Great food in the restaurant too, all finished with a very generous breakfast.

Superb

Clean and well designed hotel and rooms. Great location (a bit far from downtown, but its not too bad at all) and view over the city and lake. Very nice restaurant with gastronomic cuisine.

Air conditioner did not function well and was a bit noisy.
