Situación excelente!

Todo muy bien,pero me tocó una habitación junto a una máquinas y me molestó el ruido que hacían. Una lastima porque el hotel está muy bien,limpio y muy bien situado.

The hotel did not disappoint and enhanced our experience of Benidorm.

Muy bien ubicado y cerca de todo

La ubicación inmejorable, desde la puerta de hotel a la playa no hay más de 100 mts, asi como las calles llenas de tiendas. Tiene un mercadona pegado a el. La habitación que nos asignaron 422, daba para un patio amplio, tenia dos camas y estaba muy limpia, así como el baño amplio y funcional. Teniamos pensión completa, la comida era variada pero como ocurre en todos los hoteles, se hace muy monotona, tenia variedad para todos los gustos.

Lo peor es que en el patio estan los motores del aire acondicionado y claro, cuando saltan, son un poco molestos.

Lovely hotel, great staff and fab location

Friendly staff, very clean hotel and bar, restaurant and rooftop bar. Toilets very clean. Air conditioning was amazing throughout the hotel.

Beds a little uncomfortable (hard) not enough pillows.

Good hotel let down by poor management administration

Location excellent, food very good, staff very good. Nice comfy beds.

I booked a junior suite and requested a room with a nice view on the top floor. We checked in and went to our room which was on the 3rd floor and had a view of the apartment across the road and a small balcony.. I went to reception and said I requested a nice view when I booked weeks ago and she said she knew that but none of the suites have a sea/nice view but she could move me to a superior room with a nice view on the 5th floor with a large balcony. (This room was €40 a night cheaper but I couldn't have a refund if I moved as it was too late) she said. I went to see the room. It was lovely with a large balcony and a sea view so I changed rooms. However it was annoying that I paid €40 more. If the hotel had told me about the junior suites when I booked I would have booked a superior room which was cheaper! Also I asked about a kettle and didn't receive a reply until hours after I had checked out. I am grateful to the receptionist for her help but the administration management needs to address these problems as otherwise the hotel is perfect.

Nice & clean hotel, helpful staff

Staff very helpful, rooms nice size and clean, great location near all the shops and beach.

For a 4* hotel I would of thought they would have supplied a kettle and iron in the rooms you can get them from reception but you can only have for a couple of hours after leaving a deposit, also the safe deposit box you have to leave 15 Euros deposit for the key but they only give you 5 Euros back. The money they make from the safe deposit key could go towards kettles for the rooms.

Very good

Location is perfect for us, everything right outside the door. Modern, clean hotel, quiet in the bedrooms, no noises from outside. Nice terraces on the roof with swimming pool and bar and a second terrace with bar for a nice cocktail in the evening, sometimes with live music, nice views over the sea at night.

Some of the staff are not as friendly or efficient as others, especially in the downstairs bar. One of the male bar staff is so friendly and welcoming ( I should have taken his name) he always remembers us when we return to stay, takes the time to chat to us and is very efficient serving, other members of bar staff not so, often I end up going to the bar to order as they don't seem to want to come and take the order, they don't seem bothered about customer interaction at all.
