The view was fantastic! The location was good, outside the village but very accessible to all the restaurants and bars and tourist bookings
The bed was not that great. Okay for one night.
3.3
Location is near town
Strong moldy smell in the rooms. Furnitures are old and stained
3.3
Excellent facility, would stay again. Immaculate
nothing

Rooms were clean and tidy. Motel located just outside of main town so quieter.
Supposed to have a BBQ....still searching. Was difficult to get hold of staff, although they were helpful when we did.
3.3
clean and good facilities. Friendly staff.
No heating for a cold night.
3.3
Hand wash and bodywash diluted with water. Found 2 spiders in the bathroom
3.3
Good self-contained apartment, clean and in a location convenient for travel
Extra bed was charged at $50 per night within permissible capacity....which I think was expensive as other places we stayed only charged us $10 per night for extra bed.

This was about all that was left at a reasonable price when we booked and based on the ratings we didn't have very high expectations. But we were really happy with the unit which was a very spacious, clean and tidy and homely stand-alone unit with attached carport. Location was excellent and nice and quiet and full kitchen meant we were able to self-cater.
Staff's poor English made it difficult to communicate. No sign of any housekeeping during our 5 night stay. Though they happily replaced toilet paper and linen when we went over to office. Oven in a recess resulting in a couple of bumped heads!

all good

the location
everything was fine, no complains
3.3
nothing -it was terrible
noisy,no sink, kitchen very basic and inadequate, cold with no electric blanket, exterior badly in need of upgrade
3.3
Liked seeing the snow covered mountains but I didn't realise it was as far out of town as it was.
Staff didn't speak English. Bulbs blown. Hobs didn't work. Had trouble with tv controls in lounge. No milk in the fridge or tissues in the bathroom. Dirty flannel and bedspread too old. Small corner shower with curtain. Bracket had fallen off heater. Needed dusting in the bedroom and couldn't find bedroom tv controls. We stayed the two nights as the money had already been taken out of our account.
3.3
good location. very peaceful
there was a huge spider in my room. no staff around so i had to get rid of it myself
3.3
Nice spacious room, with a great sunset view point if you walk down to the bridge.
The room smelled ever so slightly damp but otherwise great value

Nothing
I really think it needs a spruce up.We were so disappointed when we turned up we didn't stay.I think maybe the pictures make it look much better than it is.Couldn't see a "glacier view 'anywhere .I think it is the same as it was in the 1970'2

Host is friendly and knowledgeable.
They will turn off the light so you can star gaze at night, which is stunning,

Very clean and comfortable
The outside smoking area was damp.

The lady who welcomed us was very lovely, we received a free room upgrade as there was availability which was very generous and appreciated. The room was cozy and perfect for the two of us. The location was great for what we wanted as we didn’t want to be right in the town. Heater in the room was very nice, parking was awesome and it was handy having a local restaurant guide in the room that we used.
Hearing the neighbours leaving in the morning was a bit annoying, but obviously not at all a fault of the property.
3.3
Not a lot - nothing special about this place.
The name "Glacier View" is a bit misleading. If you sit on the outdoor chairs in the open carport you can see the mountains, but not from the room. Electrical heater in the room was sparking so we turned it off, lighting wiring in the laundry will electrocute someone one day, soaps and shampoo's are all watered down, two of the four downlights in the kitchen worked (and one of those blinked on and off), and neither of the two staff we dealt with spoke a word of English. A name change to Fawlty Towers would be appropriate.

The staff are nice and accommodating and the price is good, we only stayed for a night because we were on our way to hike in the morning
We arrived late and the room was cold, the heater is old and the fan made a noise
The duvet were old and in need of a clean
Microwave could do with replacing as button stuck

room, view
nothing

The view from my room of the Glacier was magnificent. The Awesome views was the reason why I picked this accommodation but the accommodation was not as great.
The accommodation was clean and comfortable, but could do with up dating. And didn't have any interaction with staff or owner 😕
3.3
Clean good value for money

Good location
No fan. Houseflies in the unit. Toilet abit stuck. No kitchen tap & has to use bathroom tap water to boil our water.
