A short stay but memorable

Really appreciated the heater was on when we arrived and the teenagers appreciated being able to use Netflix

Overall, the staff were extremely lovely and helpful, the facilities on the whole were really good and the location was

The facilities were excellent and the bed was very comfortable and it was nice being very close to all amenities and walking tracks.

The showers pressure was not that great and trying to get it to stay at a certain temperature was very difficult, and the toilet needed flushing more than once. The smoke alarm went off randomly too, might need replacing.

It surpassed our expectations and made our stay in FJ perfect.

A really wonderful room with all the amenities in pristine condition. The Manager was an amazingly friendly helpful chap. we couldn't have asked for more.

There is nothing that could have been better.

The room was clean and warm and had everything we needed and despite being nearly full it was surprisingly quiet Easy walk to all the local amenities

Clean and tidy but basic

V conveniently located to the village centre. We had booked 2 nights just in case the heli hike didn’t happen on the first day. Really we only wanted 1 night in the village as there’s not much else to do in the area. The property we v accommodating and refunded us for the 2nd night which then allowed us to drive on down to wanaka earlier. Really really appreciated that

Felt v basic. Their sign outside the motel says “4 star self rated”. Compared with uk standards it’s more like 3 star No washing machine or tumble dryer Passive aggressive sign in the kitchenette area informing us that if we didn’t wash and put our dishes away and leave the place as we found it, there would be a $25 charge. We would have cleaned up regardless so I didn’t appreciate the sentiment.

overall you get what you paid for. we were quite satisfied with the service.

property was clean, great location, you get what you paid for. we stayed for 2 nights with family and it was pretty good experience.

could have had better quality electric stove to make some small meals.

Room full equipped with all amenities needed.

All cutlery are to be cleaned by previous guests so some of them were not clean enough.
