Perfeito

Hotel é perfeito, ótima localização com excelente café da manhã. Pegamos com jantar incluso, não precisando procurar restaurante, além da comida ser de extrema qualidade e muito diversificado. Toda a equipe são de um ótimo profissionalismo e competência, Um ponto a destacar é que no local há uma equipe de seguranças, sendo muito discretos, o que nos deixou mais a vontade e seguros. Já utilizei do hotel por duas vezes, não havendo nenhum ponto a reclamar, fazendo jus ao valor pedido. Recomendado

Maravillosa experiencia

Hotel hermoso. Instalaciones grandes, limpias, personal muy amable. Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño, con vidrios antiruido, las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno delicioso, con gran variedad. También es muy bueno el servicio de almuerzo y cena con pago. La piscina limpia, hay incluso un pequeño parque infantil. Es ideal para ir con niños pequeños. Estuvimos muy cómodos, volveríamos sin duda. La ubicación es muy buena. Cerca a las cataratas y al centro de Foz.

Gostei do hotel ser prático 3 andares, logo tá no quarto ou tá na recepção ou piscina muito rápido. Café da manhã incrível. Limpeza impecável

O atendimento do bar da piscina deixa a desejar, havia uns 2 garçons muito dedicados, mas tinha alguns que prestavam um péssimo atendimento. Outro inconveniente foi que lançaram no meu quarto coisas que eu não consumi, jantar no restaurante,sendo que eu não fiz nenhuma refeição no restaurante do hotel, foi também lançado no meu quarto águas a mais do que eu peguei, vinho, sendo que eu não consumi nada disso, o atendente retirou da fatura o que não consumi, mas achei muito inconveniente Também faz muita falta um estacionamento coberto.

Em um retorno a Foz, dificilmente será opção de hospedagem.

Localização estratégica para os passeios e aeroporto, mas longe do centro da cidade e comércio mais próximo a 3km. Café da manhã muito bom e, para quem está de carro, estacionamento gratuito.

Acústica do quarto. O quarto que ficamos era virado pra piscina e durante o dia a música é contínua e alta. Todos as noites tiveram hóspedes que ficaram no deck da lanchonete, abaixo do quarto, em conversas animadas, após 22h-23h. Custo benefício não valeu a pena a nossa configuração de viagem.

Nice big, spotless room. Great brekkie, loads of options. On bus route to the falls, so able to save on cabs. Shopping centre near by, with decent food court.

Good location, safe and comfortable. Confused during the dinner.

The room has a lot of space, so you feel very comfortable. The bathroom has a good size as well. The internal park lot is very good and safe, there are cameras and also security men at night.

The lighting in the room is poor and even with all lights on you feel in a dark room. The dining area is very confused in the dinner, no one came to see us, even after call the waiter two times. He said he would came but never did.

The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. There is no water in the room and no way to buy it around the hotel. the only option is to buy from reception desk for a triple price.
