Beautiful location but could use some improvements

The location is beautiful, the room was very big and the staff is friendly.

Cleaning could be better - There were stains in the sheets and in the towels (even after we asked to change them). The room was full of mosquitos with no mosquito net.

Room and the washroom were clean and tidy. A good place to spend a night in a calm environment.

Triple room doesn't have a view but it was already communicated by the manager. It is not possible to find the place with google maps, we had to call the property to get the direction. Towels were not clean.

Property is excellent with facilities, cleanliness, safety and really supportive staff.

We got a triple room and a double room. Both were well furnished, equipped and well cleaned. The staff was really friendly. Specially Mr. Susantha and all others in the staff were very attentive and supportive. The rooms were well air conditioned, cleaned and prepared when we arrived there around 2 pm at the earliest we could check in. Very safe and well maintained property with a beautiful view all around the hotel. There were many universal electric plug ports which we don't see at many hotels. The electricity, water, lighting, bedding, dining area, balcony, TV and many more facilities were well supplied and were in excellent state. Although we got our dinner and breakfast ordered from outside, the staff provided us a well organised dining setup to have the meals with every cutlary needed and the service was execellent. Usually this is not happening everywhere and it is my first experience to be served well like that for outside ordered food at a hotel when we stay. We are very happy and we were very comfortable at our stay.

The free WiFi supplied at the property worked well for the double room but was a little off the range for the triple room. But the triple room was equipped with an Ethernet port to support the drawback. In addition, the location of the property has many access routes to the hill top and it is very convenient when we contact the property through a phone call and get the details for the easiest path to arrive. It is because the GPS or Google navigation does not provide the easiest route yet.

The view from the room was nice. Room was spacious and nice. Staff was helpful!

Location is far from the town, so tuk tuks were hard to find. Hotel was not really well maintained, but the room itself was good. Towels could use an upgrade.

Beds were comfy. The staff is nice. The location is superb.

Shower cubicle drainage was clogged and it took some time to drain water making the shower area flood a little bit. Water pressure was low in showers and sink taps when using hot water.

An Perfect holiday getaway place with affordable price ...!

This is our second visit to this place , one of best budget hotel in kandy, with affordable price , you can get all the basic facilities that you need, this room has TV, Mini Fridge , Electric kettle (last time they provide tea coffee makers also, but this time they inform its finished) , Hot water , and above all a nice view. Friendly staff.. rooms are quite and comfortable, Clean.. Location is little bit far from city in hill location. Still worthy to come here for relaxing with this view .. Definitely recommended .... 👌

The staff were lovely and the room was very spacious, comfy and had a great view. The breakfast was delicious and filled us up for the day.

The hotel is up on a hill away from Kandy centre, this didn’t bother us as a tuk tuk was only 800 Rs and easily arranged.
