Great stay in heart of Sukhumvit

The room was comfortable, they provided a large baby cot which was great and a baby bath. The kids playroom was well equipped and a great place for babies and toddlers as well as young kids. The location is great as it's right next to the underground train as well as the skytrain. The shopping mall is right there too.

Had a three night stay booked, paid for and left after one night.

Easy to access from airport on public transport.

For the price rooms were very basic, mattress and pillows lumpy / uncomfortable. Limited hotel facilities. Location was not great for families.

Will stay again - clean, comfortable, decent price, but will not order room service.

Great location.

Room service took 1 hour 20 mins. And they delivered in 2 batches and the food arrived cold.

Great hotel choice for tourists and families with older children

The hotel definitely offers the luxe and grande with warmest hospitality by all the staff I came across. Easy access to BTS & MRT train stations and shopping centres.

Hot water wasn’t consistent in the shower. Buffet breakfast choices were of good standard, not impressive, from a five-star hotel perspective. Hence, value for money is arguable.

A good base for Bangkok trip

"Location" is the best with BTS/MRT and next to the Terminal 21 mall. Room is clean and breakfast is good. The staff were kind enough to move our luggage to our next room as we were changing room type between 2 separate bookings.

The traffic starts around 4-5am, so just slight noisy early; but not major.

Staying here was a mistake.

The location of the property was very good.

The property does not have a bar or restaurant. The staff were very slow a responding to emails. The room service is not 24 hour service as stated and when ordering there was only one thing available!.

Excellent and relaxing stay in overall! We’ll return!

Room was pretty spacious and has beautiful view. The washing machine is an excellent addition.

Bathtub was not cleaned properly. The first bath that my daughter had, she was disgusted with some dirts and hairs. We had to wash the tub ourselves multiple times.

My stay was for only 2 night. Everything was up to my expectations which is a must for a superb hote

This was my 5th visit at the Terminal 21 location. The only problem was the toilet malfunctioning twice. The service fix the problem promptly

Excellent location. Staff are super nice, friendly and helpful. The young man behind the egg station at the Peak Restaurant was very helpful and even helped customers translate English to Thai for his colleague.

The pillows were too soft.

It’s great stay!

The location is great it’s directly next to Asok station. Nearby with eateries, message places and 7eleven convenience store.

My friends & I did not enjoy the tile floor in our room. We preferred carpet floor which is not that cold when step on. The lady who helped us to check in took a really long time

Beautiful stay and a wonderful and beautiful hotel

The breakfast was almost intended for travelers from Korea and Japan, and it is not suitable for all visitors, and the location is very wonderful because it is in the heart of Terminal Mall

Fabulous!

The hotel was next level amazing! It felt very new and they went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. The position was also extremely handy being next to a shopping centre and train station. The pool was also very impressive !

Not worth the value.

The location was great. It was next to a mall where all the restaurants and stores are. It was also super convenient as the BTS and MRT stations were right downstairs.

The room was not as clean as a 5 stars hotel should look like. It was a little dusty and the room was old. The water leaks out of the shower and the renovation looked cheap.
