Friendly, good value & great location.

Great location overlooking pretty planting in park & the sea. Spotlessly clean & friendly, helpful staff. We slept so well & enjoyed having a little kitchen to make our own breakfast. Also enjoyed a couple of hours upstairs on the roof “solarium”& had a jacuzzi. The pretty much empty beach is 2 minutes walk away & is lovely & safe for swimming. Also enjoyed cocktails on 17 th floor of Gran Hotel by beach & would have done the 20 E spa experience if the weather had been bad. There is a great pizza place next door run by Italians.

The hairdryers are ancient & need replacing as they barely function.

Excellent one night stay in perfect seafront location.

Quality of furnishings and lovely view from balcony which was nice itself.

The name of the Apsrtments was not visible when driving around the area provided. We parked in the area then walked around asking locals where the apartments were; nobody recognised the name IslaMar, even the restaurant staff working 50 metres away, the name is on the glass sliding entry door which is quite small. They need to provide more visible external naming to make it easy to find.

El servicio a la llegada, la amabilidad, la limpieza del apartamento, los detalles que cuida el Hotel para con sus clientes. Es un conjunto e buen servicio, calidad y amabilidad. En muchas ocasiones da igual la categoría del establecimiento cuando el personal es tan brillante que consigue hacer percibir al cliente, la calidad que lo diferencia del resto

El poco tiempo que me pude quedar, me hubiera encantado haber podido reservar por más días, pero solo fue porque yo no podía.

Exceptional

The location was just a 5 minute drive away from the airport and 2 minute walk to the beach! A lovely view, comfortable beds, decent kitchen facilities and even a coffee pod machine! Friendly and helpful staff, highly recommend for a weekend away!

it’s easy to get there from the airport and it’s in the center of the town. it’s clean and the staff is super kind .

the wifi was not working and to use the terrace you have to pay 20€ per person

Lovely quirky apartment overlooking the sea, close to the beach and all amenities

The whole place was quirky with lots of great artwork and fun lighting etc. The apartments are in a great setting overlooking the sea. They are close to the centre with lots of shops, bar and restaurants. There was a nice lounge with a cute sleeping area off of it. A well stocked kitchen, good sized bathroom and a balcony with seating.

If I had to find something to say here, the only thing I could say would be that the kitchen area was a little dark. However we weren't planning on spending much time in the kitchen so it wasn't a problem

Disappointing, despite the good location. Booked here after a much better experience a year earlier.

Good location with good view over the seafront.

There was a festival very close to the hotel and the noise was very loud and unbearable one night when a drag evening went on till 4 am. Also we were unable to use the roof top sun area and spa throughout our stay because of the wind and the Callima (sand storm).

Super central location, attention to detail and very helpful, friendly hosts. Lovely balcony.

I stayed one night to connect to the airport, and, for this type of stay, I think this hotel was a great choice.

Nice two nights in Arrecife

Nice apartment with everything you need. They have a reception so you don’t have to worry on how and when get the keys. The place is also close to a nice bakery perfect for breakfast if you don’t want to cook your stuff. Nice solarium on the rooftop.

Even though it was of October it was quite warm during the night. Having AC it would have been better.

Worth staying just for the place itself

Everything - I wish we spent there more than 1 night! The appartment was spacious, you had most kitchen appliances there, so we could cook the food e wanted. And as a bonus there was a solarium on the roof with hot tub - so you could rest there with ocean view at the time! The views from the appartment are great as well. Staff was helpful and extra-friendly, despite that some of them didn't know English. Location is on spot as well, one of the best places you could find in Arrecife.

Beach itself is not the best in Lanzarote, although it's no guilt for the hotel. I'd just suggest renting a car if you want go to best beaches (as Arrecife is not best for that), but I'd still go to this particular hotel once again as the roof solarium with hot tub is a great substitute to beach!

Fantastic

Location was fantastic - apartment was lovely and great views. Exceptional good value for money. We loved the sun terrace loungers were luxurious with lovely cushions. Great artwork and quirky ornaments throughout we loved it

No air con but there were fans and that is more due to the fact we are not used to the heat than any criticism of the property

Nice apartment with a sea view in a perfect location

Great location. Nice apartment with everything you need and a lovely balcony with a sea view! Staff were helpful and friendly. Solarium is a sun trap, plus has a hot tub!

The place was pretty perfect, just a couple of very minor things. No oven/grill in kitchen, but we got by just fine with the hob. Two single beds, but we just pushed them together.

NICE VIEW - VERY CLEAN - CONFORTABLE - DOES THE JOB

It's nice to have a full apartment and a nice view of the ocean. Bed is comfortable, place is clean, it does the job. It also has a kitchen which is a nice plus.

The terrace is nice and have a great view, however there is no separation from the rooms next door. Would have been good to have something for more privacy.
